If you're looking for a well made kitchen faucet with no frills and at a lower price point, then this faucet is a great choice! VERY easy to install. Plastic nuts are just hand tightened without tools. You WILL need a wrench to tighten the water lines to your own water lines. It took an hour to disconnect my old faucet because it leaked for years and rusted out the parts, but once it was removed, this faucet took about 10 minutes to install! No professional plumber needed! The water pressure is great (see pics) and the faucet itself is a well made, heavy and nice looking product! The spot resistant brushed stainless surface is really beautiful. I would have no problem recommending this product!

I selected this faucet to replace a builders grade single handled faucet I previously had. I also did not have the sprayer. I like the finish of this faucet which is a brushed nickel instead of the shiny stainless steel. This will resist fingerprints and water spots a lot better. The instructions were pretty straightforward with pictures and written instructions. It was super easy to install. The water lines were a tad bit longer than what I had previously but they fit very well. My biggest concern was attaching the sprayer hose to the underneath side of the Fossett. There is a special brace that clips onto the end of the plug that attaches it to the faucet. However it was easier than I thought because you can only put it in one way. One bit of caution. Don’t do like I did and try testing the faucet before you hook up the sprayer. I ended up spraying water all over the base of my cabinet under the sink. The only concern I have is the base that sits on the sink did not have a rubber washer type of fitting that went around the edge of it. There is a Black plastic base that fits around the inside of it, I’m just concerned that water may seep underneath and drip under the faucet. I’ll have to keep an eye on that. There is nice flow from the faucet, however the flow from the sprayer is a bit harsh. You want to make sure you don’t hold it too close to a dish or something of that sort when rinsing it off. It could splash back on you. One thing I definitely like about this faucet is it comes with a limited lifetime warranty as long as you register the product. I would definitely recommend this faucet.

Great classic utilitarian design for this faucet and its side sprayer. The whole package feels and looks good, very solid. No leaks. Unlike another reviewer, I did not experience a slow flow of water. Very easy installation: if you have already installed a faucet, you won't be surprised by the process for this one, everything is pretty predictible. It is a Moen, which means that it should be in the "medium plus" quality-wise. I really like that the faucet includes the supply-line, saving the unavoidable trip to HD. Anyhow, good product, great quality/price ratio.

I don't like to think or write negative remarks so I am going to try and review this product the best way possible with positive feedback. This Moen Adler one-handle low arch faucet is nice and it was actually very much like my older white Moen faucet. The appeal is there but I'm not sold on the pressure or lack thereof in this form of faucet. It's designed to be more of a water-saver and I get the idea behind that thought BUT when you're trying to fill a sink for dishes and or soaking for cleaning, you don't want a faucet that spills half the amount of water in double the time. it's sort of senseless to me. I'm pretty good at being earth-friendly and watching my P's and Q's, etc., but some things are not meant to be taken down a path of efficiency if it makes it more of a chore or more difficult. I like this faucet but it doesn't Wow me at all. Maybe I was thinking that since it's 17 years newer than my other Moen white faucet, it would have been some sort of breakthrough in technology or an easier handling sprayer or a faster filtering method. I'm not sure what I thought but I know I wish it were more powerful and produced more pressure. All in all it's okay -not my number #1 choice though. I hope my remarks do not prevent anyone from at least giving it a try because perhaps it's not suited for my kitchen set-up and mismatched with my standard pressure of the water tank and water pump... but I can say I didn't have issues with the previous one but this one is slow-running. I feel honored to be a part of the Home Depot Seeds program and I truly hope my reviews are helpful with others in trying to make a decision. Good luck!

Very nice faucet and design. Easy to install. I would have liked to have seen the base with a little heavier gauge material-but overall very good quality. Water supple hoses were of good quality stainless braided construction. I'm a big believer in the braided stainless hoses-just gives me a better piece of mind for durability. Also there should have been a weight to go on the sprayer hose as to keep "tension" on it to make it easer to pull out and to retract. The faucet and sprayer have very good water pressure. My wife prefers the design of this Moen faucet compared to the old one that was on our kitchen sink.

I replaced my own faucet! I am not a plumber and aside from replacing a p-trap I've never done anything like this before but I read through the directions and watched a few how-videos and you know what? It's possible. The instructions are pretty clear (both included and on the Moen website) and everything you need is included. The hardest part was removing the old faucet. One tip I have is to make sure your connections (faucet hose to pipe connection) are the same size. Some older homes have a different size connector.

The faucet was not difficult to install and the lower height suited our sink.

Fine for the price-point. Installs easily and securely. Cheaper plastic components on this faucet. I needed one that has the basic aerator so I could install a portable dishwasher hose connection.

Loved the first Moen in my kitchen so I knew I wanted a new upgraded version of the same. What a pleasant exchange, like having new plumbing. Improved water flow !

Works great. Very easy to install, the hard part was getting the old one out. Now I just have to get used to it NOT dripping when I shut it off.

The product description said it had 4-hole installation, but it only had 2. My plumber said this did not make for as tight a connection to the sink. So, it leaks sometimes from the base.

Installed this yesterday. Works well. Installation of new unit was simple. Long flex hoses were great so I could eliminate old adaptor connections. All went smoothly. Wish the mounting nut was wider so base unit would not bend base of sink.

Very simple to install with one wrench. Stylish with simple design.

I installed the faucet in a rental property and my tenants were very pleased with the faucet. It was well priced and seems to work efficiently. Tenants are happy.
