After shopping around, I actually chose another faucet ,but package missed my delivery date and I ran to Home Depot to pick up the best faucet I could find. Boy, I was surprised to find such a nice faucet for a reasonable price. I love the stainless steel finish with "stain free" finish. Even with moist hands, I didn't leave any smudges on the faucet. This is important, because I have 3 little kids. I also like the clean modern look, without it commanding too much space. Some of the newer faucets look gigantic and silly. I also like the pull out spray and the cord is very flexible (lightweight and easy to use).

The pull out leaked at the connection to the wand I had to uninstall everything under sink, cut out the under mount sink, cut the glue to the granite, take out cupboard and put in new one. of course it was a year old and moen or home depot would do nothing about it. no more moen products and no more home depot

Bought this faucet, in Dec. 2015, as a repalcement for a builder grade kitchen faucet. By Aug. 2016, it has developed a leak where the ball joint and hose fit together just below the wand. Also, the strength of the spray is pretty weak when compared the builder grade we replaced.

Bought the Banbury Single-Handle Pull-Out Sprayer Kitchen Faucet in Chrome Model 87017. It looks great, the wand sprayer has a nice feel. I have not had it long enough to talk about it's durability even though I gave it 5 out of 5. Installation was a breeze just make sure all the gaskets are where they are supposed to be and do not fall out when putting in place. The one for the cold water faucet connection fell out. It was my only leak until I found the gasket and realized what had happened. I took the connection apart, installed the gasket and perfect, no leaks. The 2 position faucet head is nice stream and spray. I took the small screen out of the spout to increase the water volume and like it that way much better. This was a very easy, very simple install.

Love the look of the faucet. The ease of using it is awesome. Glad I choose this one over another name brand. The guy at the big box store also that it was a good choice. And lifetime warranty!!

The mounting base should've had the mounting points on each end instead of in the middle. Because of the middle mounting point it moves back and forth. Didn't want to tighten it any further, fearing I might crack the mounting base. I needed the base to cover the mounting holes of the previous faucet.

This is such a beautiful faucet, it's perfect in our new kitchen remodel. Works great, easy clean, easy install, it also has a pretty long hose that pulls out, better than others Will buy again for bathroom remodel

The home depot website says this item is only available online, but I bought this in the store two months ago in brushed nickel. I picked this one because I wanted a Moen, I wanted a sprayer, I didn't think a high arc faucet would look right in my kitchen, and the price of this one was right. I was having a bunch of things and renovations done so I had a plumber install this; I don't know if it was difficult to install, but I didn't hear any complaints from him. I like the finish, and I like the fact that the sprayer always resets to stream whenever it is turned off so you don't get any surprises. My complaints about this faucet: 1. Right away I noticed the water flow being about half what my previous Moen was. 2. The hand sprayer is not at the right angle to actually spray the sink ergonomically when pulled out 3. It's almost a two-handed job to put the pull-out back because of the way it is designed. 4. There was only one sink I wanted to put in my new kitchen, and the faceplace for this faucet doesn't fit and hug the sink... it's too big and water can get underneath. I want to exchange it for either a faucet with a separate sprayer, or a high arc with a pull-down sprayer.

Initially thought it was a nice faucet, liked the features and ease of use. But after only a year the faucet started leaking and we thought it was our pipes at first. We then noticed the hose was leaking behind the swivel ball at the connection! I messed with it a little to see where it was leaking from and the leak is now horrible. I'll be bring this back to Home Depot and finding a different company to buy a faucet from. I expect this from a $35 faucet not one that was over $125.

after upgraded my kitchen backsplash, i wanted to give a final touch and i decided to change my old faucet. I found this one at great price, great look and great features. I installed it by my self took me like 30 minutes. Now i know i will have for many years to come an awesome faucet.

This faucet was incredibly easy to install and came with easy-to-read how-to instructions. The online ordering process, fulfillment and installation of the product will make me come back to Home Depot for more!

This was my second kitchen faucet installation of the day and it was much easier than the first. The kit included a long "socket" style wrench that allowed me to easily tighten the faucet into the sink. The other parts snapped together securely with no effort. The directions were helpful and didn't leave out any important steps or parts. This faucet is very light weight owing to the large amount of plastic used. This will probably lead to a short life span for this unit, but I fear that's the new normal with plumbing parts. If you want the good stuff, spend more money. I rated this unit highly because it's price is easy to take and the installation was easy.

I had to replace the Kitchen Faucet in my Condo and I found the same model (Moen Banbury Single Handle Pull-out Sprayer) and it was easy to install. The only issue I ran into during installation was the water source size under my sink but I was helped at Home Depot by a Plumbing Rep and he streered me in the right direction.

I chose this faucet for the following reasons: I needed something asap so it had to be in stock, it had to have a stainless finish, had to have a pull out sprayer, had to have decent reviews, and it had to be priced reasonably. It fits all the criteria. Others have complained about the use of plastic but I don't mind as much. The base and on/off handle are all metal, but the sprayer/faucet is a plastic that is spot resistant AND matches seamlessly with the metal. The plus is it's much lighter -- the downside would be if it is not durable. Since it's been only 6 weeks, I cannot judge that yet. All in all, it is a good value for the price.

We replaced a premium bronze faucet that did not match our kitchen well with this Moen faucet. Having used spot-resistant Moen faucets in the bathroom, we know this is the only type of finish we would want around the kitchen sink. Installation was fairly easy, and all required components and tools are included. I had a much harder time removing the old faucet than installing the new one. The only challenge I encountered is the attached faucet supply lines, as the hot water valve was an inch too far away for the line to reach. A 16" line was available at my local Home Depot for a few dollars. The other valuable accessory we found at Home Depot is a generic stainless hole cover, which allowed us to installed the new faucet without purchasing a soap dispenser that we will eventually add in this location. Unfortunately the spot-resistant soap dispensers cost nearly as much as the entire faucet, so that will have to be a later upgrade. The water pressure is noticeably less than our old inefficient faucet, yet the sprayer pressure is much stronger than the old sprayer. Because of the strong spray, the reduced water flow is not an issue for us, and actually helps our 40 gallon water heater better keep up with evening demand. The only inconvenience is that it takes nearly a minute longer for hot water to reach the faucet when first turned on. For comparison, our bathroom faucets are all 1 gpm and the showers are 2 gpm, so 1.5 is a good flow rate for the kitchen. As other reviews note, the sprayer head is plastic. It feels sturdy and seems to work great, but isn't heavy enough to seat all the way in the faucet after having pulled it out. It goes in fine with a little help, but I keep finding it left with a 1/8" gap after it has been used. Not a big deal, but a minor drawback. Also, if the water is turned off while using the sprayer, the switch reverts to normal faucet flow. Lastly, make sure you have sufficient clearance for the handle to lift up, as it requires about 1/2" clearance behind to fully rotate while turned on. Our counter is close enough that the faucet does hit when exactly centered and fully on, so we have to use caution when changing temperature while the water is on. Overall, this is a good value that looks a lot more expensive than it is, and seems sturdy enough despite a few minor design flaws and obvious cost cutting measures.

Faucet was easy to install and a value add to our kitchen. Good versatility of movement and water control. Although lightweight, not sure how durable or long lasting the parts will be, as they are made of plastic. Without spending a ton of money, this product has been satisfactory for our kitchen.

Let's face it, you get what you pay for and this is not a high priced item. However, it does seem to be good value. I have installed other faucets, but this one was one of the easier installations I recall. The elongated "wrench" to remove/secure the retaining nut was perfect. Instructions were clear, but they need to be read in conjunction with each diagram, because not ever step is covered by text. The flexible hoses are extra long, so no extensions are required. The faucet head is plastic and lightweight. This is not a high profile, designer product, just simple, functional and clean looking. I prefer the "pull out" versus the "pull down" type because they are less prone to problems. This is only a 1.8 gpm faucet, but I knew that going in. Don't expect blasting water pressure.

I bought it because it was what I could afford at the time. But it's so much prettier in person and I would choose it even if I had a lot of money.

The Banbury faucet operates smoothly. Extension spout slides in and out with minimal resistance because the weight floats on the hose. White colour compliments the white sink and countertop.

Had a couple of issues for instalation that I think moen could have done better with. The spray hose, if you don't have the sprayer attached when your fiddling under the sink, will pull through and you cannot get it back out. There's no way this should happen. It's not mentioned anywhere (not that there are instructions) but there is a tooth on the bottom of the base that must 'catch' a notch on the deck plate so as to sit flat and not randomly turn. When it's f8nally installed it looks and works very well.
