I bought this item on 2018, they have replace two faucet, but same problem happened: top of center leaking, bottom pipe is wet. (as quickly leaking only 2 days installed) It has cost me a lot of labor cost to fix and install, and damage my cabinet. No more Moen

It's OK. There weren't many choices for immediate in-store availability in our area with the fit and finish we needed so this was pretty much it. Went from a Hansgrogh faucet to this because we HAD to have one (ours literally broke) and couldn't wait on parts. Looks nice but the sprayer feels a bit cheap in comparison to our previous faucet. To the point we had a discussion about whether the handle is plastic or metal. Feels cool to the touch, so I vote metal, but spouse thinks plastic. Hasn't dented - yet - but it remains to be seen if it does get dented should it get dropped in the sink accidentally.

was totally easy to install and works very well. The water flow rate is VERY acceptable with good rinsing power. Not at all concerned with pull out being plastic. It feels comfortable, is lightweight, and detaches/reattaches easily. Water control lever is easy to use controlling flow very positively. Integrated water lines were long enough to reach our water supply which are very close to the floor.

I just got this installed and it is the perfect faucet for my kitchen!. The pull out handle works easily and the spray is powerful. It replaced my old morn, which lasted me more than fifteen years:-)

We had our Moen Brecklyn faucet installed today and I love it!! The pullout sprayer works great and the faucet is beautiful with our new granite. We paired it with Moen soap dispenser model #3944SRS. they look great together and are both spot resistant.

It's just 8 month old and already leaking around base:(

Pretty simple to assemble and works well. The only issue is everything seems to be plastic nowadays.

Less than a year after purchasing the faucet, it began to leak. The people at Moen try to send me a new washer, and then kindly sent me a replacement faucet (same model) instead when I explain the extent of the leaking. Unfortunately, eight months later, the replacement model faucet is now leaking. I think I will no longer be purchasing Moen products as quality seems to be poor since TWO faucets failed within an 18-month period.

I installed this four months ago to replace another Moen kitchen faucet which started to leak. In that faucet the leak started around the ring just below the handle. The ring separated from the main body and water started leaking under my sink, causing damage. So I buy this model and install it and it works fine, but to be safe I install a water sensor under the sink so I don't get any surprises. Tonight I'm in the kitchen and I hear my SmartThings alarm sounding, meaning I've got water under my sink. What do you know, this faucet has failed at exactly the same spot, and its a different model. See the picture below; my finger is pointing at the ring that has separated. I called customer support and they are sending me a different model replacement, however it won't arrive for five days. Who can be without a kitchen faucet for five days? I had to turn off the water supplies to stop the water leaking under my sink.

Easy to install with included tool and water lines. Pull out is plastic though.

This faucet was easy to install. Looks great and works well. When faucet is installed, recommend flushing supply line to the spray head before installing the spray head. Faucet has been installed about three weeks, and does just what I was looking for. It purports to have more spray power than others in the same class, and I believe it fulfills that claim.

Bought this model to replace an older kitchen faucet. I never installed a faucet before, but installation was really easy - mainly because of the well written instructions. The only thing lacking in the instructions was how to remove the old faucet. But, a short YouTube video on how to remove an old kitchen faucet made the process fairly straightforward. We've had this faucet about a week and we love it. Our faucet came with the glacier (white) finish to match the old one we took out. The sprayer on this Brecklyn model is lightweight and has two settings - constant stream and power spray, which we like very much. Our old faucet had an independent sprayer located on the side of the main faucet with a separate on/off trigger system. On the Brecklyn faucet the sprayer is part of the main unit, so care must be taken to shut off the water before putting the sprayer back into the faucet's housing. Failure to do so could have the undesirable effect of spraying anything above the rim of the sink as you place the sprayer back into the unit when the water is still on. I made that mistake once. As we became familiar with this new faucet, it's easy to return the sprayer onto the unit with the water flowing through it if one is careful to always point the nozzle down into the sink. We would definitely recommend this faucet to others. The price was right, it's stylish, and it works great.

Honestly the worst part of the installation was taking out the old faucet from the 80's. Other than that following the instructions it went in perfectly.

We purchased for around $150 thinking the faucet would last forever. Cartridge broke after 1.5 years causing irreplacable water damage to our cabinet. The particle board cabinet is under a granite countertop. We replaced faucet with a Delta. Customer service sends a cartridge replacement free and a 65% coupon off marked up products so the price is similar to the hardware store. They should warn customers of the yearly cartridge replacement requirement. Its wrong they dont tell us of the yearly Old Faithful eruption.

I like the faucet. Installation was easy.

I’ve bought 2 of these and both had slow leaks from the valve body. Check your vanity/cabinet! It’s a timebomb.

Bought a Moen kitchen faucet and it is beautiful and just what we expected. It's affordable and guaranteed for life, what more could you ask for :)

I should have spent a little more, I was disappointed in the quality. The wand came with the bottom broken off, the customer service rep was the best part of the purchase, she did send me a new wand right away. I still feel the quality could be better.

Our kitchen faucet needed replacement. Looked on line with the Home Depot search. Wife and I agreed on this faucet and the web page showed the isle and bay location. I walked straight to the faucet. NICE !!! The install on the product took less than 1/2 hour, they even supplied the specialized wrench to tighten the hard to reach nut. The hoses from the faucet were long and did not need the buy new connector hoses. Also snap in fitting for the for the main collector hose. Only tools needed were screwdriver and crescent wrench...
