Q:Has anyone faced an issue where sprayer is stuck and does not want to go back to original position.
I removed the sprayer head and the water was still coming from the hose.
After a few attempts it went back to normal.
But not sure what the issue is

I can finally spray again
I have a house that was built in 1911. Although it had been re-plumbed, there were no shut-off under the sink. After adding those, I was ready for the transformation. Removing the old Delta faucet became a major problem. Once I got the old faucet removed, everything went just as the installation video! I am an old geezer who sold plumbing supplies in the early sixties! The installation was so easy. The finish on the faucet matches the sink finish much better than the old chrome one! This is an amazing product!!!

Nice swivel and turn off features
I have only had this for a short time. It was installed by my plumber. Replaced a Delta which had needed several repairs.

No seal around deckplate only center tight
As others indicated it's only tightened in the center, and there's no band that the deckplate sits/tightened into to prevent water leaks from any water that gets around the deck plate. While handle not wobbly yet I can see that happening sooner than later - poor design. Deckplate already will shift some on ends (so while will have to put some caulk around it I'm not sure how well any waterproofing will work when the deckplate shifts at all - it'll just pull any waterproofing loose too).

The included escutcheon/deck plate and gasket are mounted to the sink or counter-top through one hole and prevent water from getting under the sink with normal usage. You will want to make sure that the mounting nut is not over-tightened so that it does not “raise” the ends of the escutcheon plate. You can also use a bead of water-proof sealant or caulk to provide an additional seal for the plate. Beautiful fixture! Better than what I expected!
This specific Moen faucet matches our kitchen sink beautifully! When we purchased this house over nine years ago, it had a Moen faucet installed already. From the time we purchased the house, the other fixture was wobbly. I don’t know if it was a defect, or if something was broken and the person that sold the house to us just did not want to put up the money to fix it or replace it. We were told that mowing backs their products and so I reached out to Mullins customer service and they sent us a replacement faucet. This one is very similar to what we had in our kitchen previously. it was very easy to install!
