Hello Paris and thank you for the feedback you posted on the Home Depot website. We are very sorry to hear of the difficulty that you are experiencing with your Flo 0.75 in. Smart Water Monitor and Automatic Water Shut Off Valve. If you're currently having issues with the Flo device being offline you can follow the steps below.
Step 1:
1. leave plugged in.
2. hold reset for about 30 seconds until status light flashes rapidly. then let go.
3. wait until valve light goes green and status light goes solid blue/white.
4. Unplug the unit for 2-3 minutes
5. Plug the unit and wait for 2 minutes for the device to go back online.
If that does not work you can proceed with the steps below.
Step 2:
1. Have the Wifi Router Password near you
2. Go to the Flo Device app and log into the account (If you are logged out)
3. Click on the Home Screen and under My devices click on your name Flo device
4. Click Device Settings on the top right corner, then Network Setting Change
5. Then proceed with the following steps in the Flo App.
