this service was convenient, but upon putting in the order it switched the location to a different defaulted location so i had to spend more time on the phone with a rep changing the location which did the same thing for her, but then she caught it and was able to place the order before our crew member got there. Overall, it's a convenient system, as long as everything goes smoothly.

Did the job I needed when we've had so much rain and water was seeping into our basement. Sturdy. Should last a few years and that's good enough for me.

wont be installed until winter ask me in the spring how it is.. Previous ones installed always crack ...Lucky if I get two years.

They do what they're supposed to do. Although I this the price is inflated for the thin material that easily dries out and crack easily, they look nice over the window well. I wish the material was stronger. The next higher quality was even more outrageously priced.
