I have the flat window well covers that seem to sustain more weight and cost more but can not be seen. The plastic curved ones do not seem to last as long and breakable and home depot has some you might like that are rectangular.
The height is 15", width 42", depth ~22" (the longest point, across the center).
Either call the store or look on internet. They also show DIY covers on internet.
The cover does not come with any mounting hardware. The consumer needs to purchase screws and anchors that coincide with the material the home is manufactured from. The cover mounts to the house using those screws and anchors.
Depending on the shape of the well, would depend on the cover we have available. We have the 4425R (44" x 25" x 4" rectangular) Or, the 4425E (44" x 25" x 4" elongated) or the 4822C (48" x 22" x 4" circular)
I recently purchased this product and here are the exact dimensions: Width: 44.5 inches Height (vertically up from the ground): 15 inches Depth (projection out from house at widest point): 17.5 inches
They work on rectangular window wells when installed upside down. The question is...which way is up if it is reversible?
install with 3/16 drill bit and 2 clips provided with each cover
