The nails don't go through all the way. Disappointed since I have all Makita. My IKEA kitchen installer was a Milwaukee so I think I'll try that next.

This small battery gives all cordless tools a light and maneuverable advantage over the high Amp models. Just make sure to have more than one handy.

I love makita tools but this thing doesnt ever sink the nails. Its disappointing beacuse i like the brand and didnt have to buy new batteries and chargers but i guess now ill have to. I know 3 other carpenters that said they had the same problem.

Battery is way too expensive.

First Makita tool that I didn’t give 5 stars to - I’m hoping that it’s just a defective unit and not a design flaw. It won’t drive consecutive nails without jamming. Very disappointing!

Six months old, used maybe a dozen times on soft wood and cabinet trim. Took to an authorized service repair shop Saturday for a locked up depth adjustment wheel (been that way since third use) and a broken pisron/striker pin. I own a lot of Makita tools, mostly Makita for the last 30 years, this one is absolute garbage!

I have had this pin nailer for awhile and it ussally breaks half way through the job. I have had it repaired three times by Makita and I have repaired it about six or seven times ! Keep in mind im installing kitchens and i only use it on maple scribe molding and 1/4” toe kick and the corners of the crown moulding . So its not even being put to any hard task. So the problem is the driver pin is crap! If they could solve that issue I would be writing a far diffremt review.

I am not happy with this and I can’t find the nails for it

Found this battery online cheaper, but needed to use it that day. I would have shopped around for a better priced one.

Really weak tool! It’s my third makita pin nailer. (Not much competitions) And always the same problem, stucking and bending nails inside. And the magazine mechanism is fragile

This thing is great when it works. Other than that. Terrible! stay away.

The 2nd time I used this nailer it started jamming and not properly shooting the nail into my trim pieces. I’m very disappointed!

I love makita tools but this tool here is Useless Waste of time jammed up every time.
