[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The drawers are made of brittle plastic. It is a bit noisy. The freezer door doesn't always stay closed when closing the fridge door.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Interior shelving and door storage could use a major redo. There isn't room for storing tall items on the shelves if all of the shelves are utilized. You could have better made the "deli" drawer deeper and narrower to allow for taller things (i.e., wine bottles, soda bottles, etc.) While the door storage accommodates more gallon-size items, I still don't seem to have good room for other tall items. My old refrig had a better layout and more door storage than my new one even though it was 18 cu. ft. rather than 21.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the color is good. the shelves took some time to get adjusted to, by the time the top shelf was adjusted to tall items, the middle shelf did not have much space. the shelves are one piece from left to right, not divided in the middle. the old one was adjusted where the left side had three shelves and the right had two. The freezer doesn't have the drawer on the bottom any more.

Issues regulating correct/safe temperatures through out the fridge/freezer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It seems to be working fine, but the shelves and drawers are flimsy. We have added extra support to the shelves and are going to have to figure out how to do the same for the middle drawer. It collapses when it is pulled half way out. The track the drawer slides on won't hold it.

Luckily our last one (Different make & model) was delivered to us damaged, & instead of getting the same one we changed over to the Maytag. IT HAS BEEN GREAT, the layout is much better, and we are very happy with this refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Top shelf is a disappointment Since this refrigerator was the same cubic feet as my previous one, I expected the storage area measurements to be about the same. I'm disappointed on the height allowed for the top shelf! However, I determined from questions/answers by your team that the top shelf is not adjustable due to the fact that it has a meat/cheese drawer attached under it. That top shelf barely fits the plastic ice tea pitcher which comes with the ice tea maker. If I angle it, it will slide in on the top shelf. None of my other pitchers fit on the top shelf like they did with previous refrigerators. I can't fit any of the bottles of juice on that shelf. The side door compartment holds other large bottles but I use a lot of pitchers.

It fit nicely into the space and seems to have even more room that my old refrigerator that was much the same size. I liked the plastic drawer that holds small items but was very disappointed when it started to crack shortly after I got it even though I hadn't put anything heavy in it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old refrigerator was leaking and needed to be replaced. The appliance dealer had our unit in stock and was able to install it right away. The installer was very knowledgeable. He also removed our old refrigerator.

The refrigerator is a bit loud. Otherwise a good value for the price. The delivery was a BIG issue. They damaged on first delivery and took it back. Told me it would be a month to get it a replacement. Is I purchased another one and got it before the first one! How can that happen? Get the second one before the first one?
