[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After three years of usage, the lid chipped off on the upper left corner where the metal is corrected to the main open of the washer. The inner part of the lis is made of plastic. Poor quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this dryer last year in Phoenix, had it delivered and hooked up easily. We have 4 kids ages 2-6 so we needed something big and this bad boy handles the task like a champ. Fast forward a year and we move into an old home (built in 1965) and this big bad boy is SO big that I can't get it through the door to the laundry room even after taking the door off the hinges, but I'm not willing to size down because of our family size, so I take the frame off of the opening and it fits. During our first load of laundry in the new house, we get a loud beep and an "AF" error (Air Flow). I go down to the basement and unhook the dryer hose and it is absolutely FULL of dryer lint. This is how house fires start y'all. Mind you that all of the lumber used to build this place was kiln dried so the place would have went up like a tinder box had there been a fire. We are very blessed to have bought a dryer both big enough to handle our large family laundry loads and smart enough to tell us that there was a problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this in June and it fried in January. Fried the heating element and switch. Parts were back ordered. Still waiting for the parts to come in. So the picture is where i do laundry every weekend until the is repaired.

I've had this dryer for almost three years; long enough to know that it is a mess of design and a complete product failure. The touch panel stops working but will work if I touch the washing machine with one hand. Apparently, ambient static affects the touch panel. The dryer drum spins too fast. So, if you put in about three towels they will never tumble. They just stick to the walls of the drum and never dry. Bedsheets and covers end up bundled together into a laundry burrito leaving everything inside the laundry burrito a wet mess. As a result, I have to constantly come back to the machine every 20 minutes to unwrap the laundry burrito and restart the drying cycle. Such a waste of time and electricity!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this as a insurance replacement for a previous LG dryer back in November of 2019. Not only is it bigger but it dries much better than my previous one. Quite frankly, I have had zero issues with my dryer and truly appreciate how well it performs. The most difficult part was getting used to a different lint trap. I was able to easily swap the door to the other side. It functions without a hitch.

WELL IT TOOK TIME TO KICK IN I SUPPOSE; I WROTE A BAD REVIEW ON THIS WASHER AND DRIER BUT WANT TO CHANGE IT... IT WAS NOT FILLING ENOUGH TO WASH WELL,; APPARENTLY THE SENSOR WAS NOT KICKING IN AFTER THE SOAK WEIGHT THAT WOULD SENSE THE SIZE, AND CHANGE THE WATER LEVEL.. I SLLOWED THE USUSAL WATER SOSK THEN OPENED THE MACHINE AND PUSHED THE COMFORTER DOWN, AND APPARTENTLY IT TRIGGERED THE WEIGHT SENSOR AND IT FILLED JUST FINE... SO OOPHS ON THE REVIEW... I STILL HAVE TO CHECK IT OUT LONGER TO GIVE IT THE STARS IT DESERVES... FOR NOW I WILL GIVE IT 3/4 STARS... THE SET IS NOT UGLY; AND THE DRIER DRIES WELL... WE HAVE PETS QUITE A FEW PETS SO IT IS ESSENTIAL FOR US TO CLEAN THE LINT TRAP AND UNDER THE LINT TRAP... MONTHLY..

This is a great Dryer, if you need to dry large loads of cloths blankets etc. I really like the indicator lights that tell you critical information such as “Check Vent” or Check lint screen” and other indicators. Also I really like the”sense dry “ feature that senses if the cloths are dry or not and automatically adjust drying time to save energy and prevent cloths from over drying. If you are looking for good dryer then this is the one. Recommended.

Good looking, large drum, useful features AND a 10-year warranty for motor and drum. Seemed like a good deal. Now, less than a week in the laundry room, and the electronic buttons work when they feel like it. A full-size thin blanket (alone in the drum) needed to be dried twice, the left metal cover/panel protrudes at the bottom but not at the top. As if someone tried to kick the cover back in place but couldn't. Enough issues for a 5-day dryer? We called Maytag, and they are sending a technician next week "to check the dryer and if it is unrepairable they will replace it." Quality control: zero. Professional response: D-. But hey, I got 10-years warranty on a dud's motor and drum. I should be grateful. In the meantime, do not buy this thing

Can not explain how happy we are

I really am very pleased that I choose this set of Maytag Bravo XL commercial technology washer and dryer! They fit my needs very well.Excellent features! with very quiet wash cycles. I do not have to reposition the comforters to get them dry, there is plenty of room for everything. The moisture sensor makes sure the jeans are really dry and the pockets and seams are not still damp.

Love the light inside the machine when you open the door and the suddle sounding alarm that sound when the load is done.
