Absolutely love these tiles. They are beautiful. We re-did our fireplace with them and it’s definitely an amazing feature in our home now.

Great looking tile. The only issue was we should have taken all the tile out of the boxes and looked at it. One box was a bit lighter in color.

Absolutely love this tile. We used it in our entryway and I could not be more pleased. We did end up using bright white grout which in my opinion really makes the tile pop! We used non-sanded grout because the actual tile itself has embedded grout lines which we had to fill in as well. So pretty!

Not for everyone this product looks distressed and as though it was a salvage from a Victorian era home. Perfect and exactly what I was looking for!.

We absolutely love this time. It's heavy, so the most difficult thing for me was moving it from my trunk to the floor. I laid this by myself and other than the weight it was easy to put cut and put down. I installed the tile in February, so we've had several months of use. It's great for the laundry room because it's not slippery at all. It is beautiful and looks amazing with the cabinets and appliances in the room. I'd highly recommend this tile. I love it so much I'll likely be using something by the same company in my bathroom, a rear entryway, and my kitchen backsplash.

Another super pretty tile by Merola this is "King's Star Blue Encaustic. These are BIG tiles and very attractive. Given an "aged" look to perfection. Really nice color combination as well. These tiles are also incised with sort of a "grout line". This makes for a great cutting guide should you need to adjust for fit. Just keep in mind that these faux grout lines are sort of a tera cota color, so choose your grout colors accordingly. This pretty tile would. I think look well in almost any decor. Overall. it's a yes from me.

I ordered this tile pattern to go on the floor in a bathroom where I’ll be using the same pattern wall tiles that are not distressed. The two look amazing together! These tile are very large so a bit difficult to cut with a score cutter so I would recommend a wet saw. They are thick and well made. They came very well packaged with no damage. I love the variations in the tile so not every one looks exactly the same.

This tile is awesome! It was my first time tiling and while such a large tile had its challenges, it is nice to have less tiles to lay. It has some shallow grout lines already, so go ahead and order some rust-colored grout (you’re unlikely to find it in store) for a really seamless look.

These tiles are made in Spain so you can have something from the old world without having to spend the time and money to go there. I was very impressed by the weight of each tile and how they give the impression of having been made a long time ago. These are glazed ceramic tiles and the 17 5/8 inch squares cover a lot of space. I love the blue color against the white background.

The Merola Tile, Kings Star Blue Encaustic right out of the box looks amazing, either as an accent space or an entire room I really like it. I saw some of the pictures on the reviews and since I recently changed the hood above my range and left a lot of small holes on that wall, I decided to place the ceramic on that wall, I still have to do some finish touches but overall it looks great. It is warm and welcoming, and I think it would be perfect for almost any space. It does look worn out to give it an aged look on the edges and all around. The tiles are of high quality and are easy to clean really nice detail on every tile.

This is a ceramic floor or wall tile by MEROLA TILE model # FPESTRB in Kings Star blue and white low sheen. The individual tiles are 17 5/8 " by 17 5/8 " and each tile is designed to look like 4 smaller tiles. A case of tiles is 5 of the large tiles covering 11.02 sq. ft. and looking like 20 smaller tiles. The tiles are made in Spain and came well packaged and protected against damage. The tiles are designed in a varied distressed worn look with a blue pattern on a white background and make a floor or wall of the tiles look older and more architectural.We like the older/worn look of these tiles which can be used on both floors and walls. A 11.02 sq. ft. case of tiles was priced at $84.74 in March of 2020 and I would recommend them.

I searched high and low for tile and fell in love with the entire Merola line! We have 5 young boys and it’s easier to shop online. I bought this without seeing it in person and had it shipped to the store. We used more decorative tile as well as white matte subway, hexagon and penny tile. We used only Merola tile throughout our entire farmhouse reno. We love it all!

This tile looks beautiful installed. It has a worn and weathered look to it, but that is what I was looking for. I was worried about buying online, in that something as fragile as tile would be easily broken. Well, this tile was packaged standing on edge, and not one tile arrived broken. By the way, Home Depot had the best price by far, for this tile.

I absolutely love the tile

I absolutely love the pattern on this tile. We used it in our entryway. My husband did the installation and said it was great to work with. I read the description and many reviews before I ordered it, so I was aware it had a rustic feel, with purposeful imperfections. That being said, had I seen the tile in person, beforehand, I likely would not have chosen it due to how the Old World look of it makes it look dirty. Again, I love the pattern, I just prefer a bit more clean, crisp look. So, it really comes down to preference.

I thought I knew what kind of tile I wanted until I saw this pattern. I was updating a small room in my cabin to be a new office & studio space. I wanted something artsy and inspiring for the floor and this tile was perfect. It fit right in with the cabin aesthetic and looks like it's been there for decades. 1000 times yes I would recommend this tile! We were near the end of our remodel and I was still struggling to choose a backsplash. I somehow came across this on Pinterest and couldn’t believe when I was able to find it at Home Depot. It couldn’t be more perfect for me...my style, my kitchen...the whole thing! It brought it all together! I used Terra Cotta grout. I love that I made that choice. I think it’s possibly been discontinued though (the grout color). I LOVE this tile!!!

We remodeled our upstairs bathroom. Our house was built in 1904 so we wanted something new but also the look it might've had back in the day. My daughter found the tile on the Home Depot website and I immediately fell in love. When my brother came to check out the new Reno he asked where we found the "vintage tile", he couldn't believe it was new. We've had the tile for almost a year and it's definitely met our expectations. The feature I love the most is the vintage look!

Tiles arrived in good condition and the appearance is as described. I have read other reviews that state this tile looks dirty. I agree that the aged looking patina can read as stained. I would avoid this tile if you do not want a distressed aged look.

These tiles are amazing! I used them in a small bathroom to give it that vintage feel and I've received endless comments on them- some even think they are original to the house! We laid the tile in a diagonal direction rather than straight on and it makes the design pop out even that much more! I used a sandstone grout

Love my kitchen tile backsplash. Once the tile was delivered I like it so much I had my contractor move the electrical outlets to underneath my shelves/cabinets to maximize the beauty of the tile.

I love this tile. Every time I walk in to the laundry room it makes me happy. Did not install myself so I cannot comment on that process, but we've found it super durable and easy to clean when we get around to it. Because of the intentional worn look, it never looks dirty, even with dog paws. I grouted in a charcoal.

LOVE this tile - however be warned that the inner grout lines of the tile are reddish - did not know that, but still it worked beautifully for me.
