I really like this head lamp. I use it in a freezer that is -10 degrees Fahrenheit and it eats up batteries faster than my other one but is brighter than my other one. Some of it is the cold. It has 3 brightness settings. When on high and the batteries are going down it will drop to medium which is still good. I got it because of the water resistance and I wanted to be able to change batteries instead of waiting for it to charge.

IP ratings are accurate. Clips for hard hat don't seem to fit all hardhat styles. Adjustable band is comfortable. The LED light output noticeably drops off quite aggressively the longer you leave it on. This problem starts to show after 30 minutes on fresh new batteries, and after maybe 30 seconds after you've used it for about 5-10 hours. This isn't a light for those who work in dark conditions. I buy a headlamp because I need reliable, hands-free illumination and I don't get that.

Over all a good light. Wish it had a more focused beam setting but still good.

It’s a good headlamp, here’s the but. The battery life is not so good. Sucks up the triple AAA’s. I have noticed that it auto dims to try and help prevent this. But I’m constantly hit the switch to get it to reset to high.

nice and bright. stays put on my head. like the three different brightness settings. lens can be tillted seperate from light body.

Milwaukee is in my opinion the best work tool ever invented.

It's good but it consumes a lot of battery

The on off button on this headlamp is more like a suggestion to the lamp to turn on. Is nice and bright but again when it wants to be. Its like the connections on the inside are kinda crappy. But if you enjoy having a unreliable product that may light your way or randomly put you into darkness this is the light for you.

This light is very bright and perfect for lighting up whatever you are looking at.

I've only had the headlamp for a short time but so far so good. The only problem I had was that the clips it comes with didn't fit on my hard hat. I just used a couple plastic tie straps instead.

Battery life low , strap broke too easy around the helmet .

Ate through AAA’s and barely provided enough lighting. Highly recommended getting the Milwaukee 475 Lumens Rechargeable Hard Hat Headlamp over this one instead.

Great light for the price. Very bright at highest setting.

Very pleased with the purchase

I love the 3 different light settings! Highest is great for outside at night. Lowest is good for working around and not blinding others. Middle setting is perfect for working inside in dark places. I also appreciate the sweat band as a bald profuse sweater.
