The Milwaukee Headlamp is more compact for all day comfort and delivers 350 Lumens of TRUEVIEW High Definition output in a wide flood beam. The LED headlamp is optimized to be lightweight and compact with a strap made from a washable, sweat absorbing microfiber, providing all-day comfort when worn on the forehead. The headlamp light's impact-resistant housing is built to withstand the toughest conditions. It survives drops and is IP54 rated for water and dust resistance. With 7 different tilt positions, users can direct the light by pivoting the light head. The Milwaukee headlamp has 3 light output modes to manage brightness and runtime, giving users up to 28 hours of runtime. The headlamp includes four clips for secure attachment to hard hats while users are on the jobsite. This headlamp is covered by a limited lifetime warranty.

Bright and rugged headlamp with some thoughtful features for workplace use. I have several (much more expensive) headlamps that are designed for hiking, biking, etc. This light from Milwaukee stacks up well at a very impressive price point. It is bright -- 300 lumens on high seems very believable -- and doesn't have the odd green, blue, or yellow hue that so many LED flashlights do. It has a wide (flood) beam, articulates more than 90 deg. down, when you're working on something handheld, and it takes cheap and easy-to-find AAA batteries. I haven't tested runtime, but 4 hrs. on high and 28 hrs. on low (a still very usable 25 lumens) is impressive. The strap is very large and adjustable, to accommodate a hard hat, it is sweat absorbing and can be removed and washed, and four hard hat clips are included. Typical Milwaukee quality, rugged enough to withstand a 6 ft. drop onto concrete, with a limited lifetime warranty on everything but the batteries. HIGHLY recommended.

This headlamp has been very useful for us. We are in the middle of restoring our home which was flooded last year from Hurricane Florence. We have had power in only certain sections of the home while working to restore it. This headlamp had really helped when working on a room or section of the house where the electric is not fully restoed and you need sufficientlight to see details.

Super handy and useful headlamp by Milwaukee. The light is well built by Milwaukee and is both water and dust resistant and impact resistant. I'm not sure the exact height you should expect for failure but I dropped it from 5 feet and it had no issues.
The light has 3 brightness settings that you can select. There is a high (350 lumens), Medium (150 lumnes) and low (25 lumens). The light takes 3 AAA batteries and Milwaukee states with fresh batteries you should get about 4 hours of run time at high, 8 hours at medium and 28 hours at low. I did not test the medium or low but the high did last around 4 hours before cutting out on fresh batteries. Also of note the light starts on the highest brightness setting on the first click and the second click moves to medium, third moves to low and fourth turns the light off.
The headband that comes with the headlamp is very nice and comfortable. Where the headlamp would rest on your forehead there is a microfiber section of the headband to absorb your sweat. The headlamp also comes with 4 hardhat clips if you would like to use on your hardhat.
Overall this is a super quality and useful light. I would definitely recommend getting one if you are in need of a headlamp.

I got this so i wouldn’t have to carry a flashlight in my mouth when i go in my attic. It is the perfect fit for the job. The wide beam is awesome. Trueview is an accurate description. On setting one it’s like having a light on in the room, at least in front of me. Setting two is also very bright, like a step down from setting one. Both of the first two settings travel a good distance. The third setting is a couple of steps down from setting two. It’s great for tunnels and confined spaces but not necessarily for longer distances. In total there are 7 angles the light itself can be adjusted, starting at flat to the forehead and then tilting forward towards the ground. The strap is adjustable to be big enough for a hardhat all the way to small enough for a small head. Also, the strap is easily removed for washing by sliding one side of the strap out at a time. The strap even has a microfiber section where it meets the forehead for comfort and sweat protection. The strap easily attaches to a hardhat after attaching plastic hardhat clips. This is done simply by sliding the middle section of the clip through the strap. It comes with 3 AAA batteries included. They can be easily accessed without having to use any tools. This is a good quality Milwaukee product. It’s very user friendly. It did not come with any instructions though, so figuring out how to use the hardhat clips is on the consumer. Rest assured, it’s easy. The light and battery housing are made of durable plastic, including the lens. The hinges are plastic with a metal rod through them. There is a rubber gasket around the lens and rubber covering the push button.
