Pretty disappointed it’s not what I expected it’s supposed to cut branches up to 3/4 of an inch it does good to cut branches 3/8 of an inch and it struggles at that I would not buy another one I would like to get a refund

I am pleased with the ease of use build quality but a bit disappointed with the battery life. Not near what's advertised.

This tool does not feed string length during use. You must manually feed the string. I thought this was a defect at first but reaching out to Milwaukee customer service directly they confirmed it does not have a feature to feed string length. It's suggested to manually feed by turning the head during use. Even further, when loading the recommended 25 ft spool into the easy-load head, the line gets constantly tangled in the head so you can't even do suggested course of turning the head to feed more string. It's easiest to just cut a few feet of string at a time and replace as it wears down.

Cuts well. The constant power is nice.

Heavier than expected. Purchased the “harness” to distribute the weight. I’m delighted. Does a great job.
