i just purchased a few days ago. only used once so far. its a bit heavy for me, as i am short. i was tired of the other 2 retractable hoses i purchased in 1 yr because they both must have snagged and busted. so, i am trying a hose thats a bit more sturdier. will have to get a hose container though. hopefully this hise last tge 7 years its warrantied for

I connected it to another 100 foot hose and attacked a shower hose to the end. Quite easy to add attachments.

I bought this hose but I cant get it to stop leaking I used the 5/8 gasket did not stop brought 1" still leaks. Home depot should give the right gasket and also sale them in the store. I brought the hose because it looked will made but I did not think I was going to have this problem with it leaking all the time

I was disappointed because the hose kinks and has a foul smell.

I hate ordering on line. This is the same brand name and looked like the 6 year old collapsible hose I already have and love. This one is t supposed to kink. It does. I wonder how long it’ll last. My main complaint is that it is just so heavy and not very flexible. I’m not one to give bad ratings but I just didn’t get what I expected for this price. I wonder if I’ll get my money’s worth of use out of it.

Not really heavy duty. Connections on both ends leak. Disappointing...

My old hose constantly kinked so this one has been great. I wouldn't say that it NEVER kinks, but if it does, it normally fixes itself in a few seconds. Made watering way less annoying.

Finally, it’s the 3rd hose to go up against my roses and the hose Won!

I tried to like it. I tried to make it not kink. It still kinks PLUS at 100 feet, it's worse! I'm done with these plastic hoses. I will re-buy the fabric ones over and over if it means it won't kink (which they don't) and they are about 2 lbs verses these plastic hoses which weigh around 20 lbs. Never going back to plastic hoses!

I left the water on with the sprayer attached which I have always done with all my hoses. I have never had a problem. This hose I left on for approximately 13 hours and it blew a hole in the side of it. I am not sure how long it was blowing the water out because I was not home. It could have been anywhere from 1 to 13 hours. I called the company to find out about a guarantee as Home Depot advised me to. Unfortunately they do not cover this because of the water pressure. I have never heard of not being able to leave the water on. I guess I should have read the print where it said that. It is not on the front cover as you can see from the advertisements. It is also very heavy but I understand that it is a "Heavy Duty" hose. I have never written a bad review but I believe it is necessary because this hose was not worth it.

I bought this hose on May 30. It already split! It lasted two whole months. Not worth the money!
