On a PVC return line with an internal thread, these were wrench tightened, but kept leaking and when air tested, blew out at about 12 PSI...

Plug need additional water proof tape to fill the caste iron sewer hole. With tape this plug works just fine.

One star only because store employ showed me this product (after I showed him picture, with measurements)! It didn’t work. I needed a threaded 3" end cap to fit inside my pipe. This product would not expand enough to seal the pipe.
