Product worked great. Easy to use weeds were dead by the next morning. Tried another brand first which did nothing. Went back to Ortho. Will buy again for sure

I have used this product in the past and it worked quickly and Thoroughly. Unfortunately this time it wasn't so effective, not sure why considering I used it on the same areas as I had a year ago.

Ortho GroundClear Weed & Grass Killer will control listed weeds when applied according to label instructions. If the weed is not listed, this product may not control it. This product is not systemic but kills off the top of weeds thoroughly treated at the time of application. For annual weeds, especially if young, this will typically kill them. Also if the weed is mature, no matter what weed, it will be more difficult to control. Some harder to control or mature weeds will require multiple applications.

Product works but wand battery pump a disgrace
The wand fails after 4 months and I even wasted time and money trying to replace the batteries. Ortho is likely aware of the design flaws with the pump but has chosen to satisfy the MBAs rather than sell a quality product with a functioning pump that can stay working multiple seasons.

Be sure you have the hose firmly connected to the cap and that the wand is fully extended. Make sure the cap is in the "ON" position and the tip of the wand also is turned to a spray pattern. If you do not hear the motor in the wand running, try replacing the batteries. The sprayer may need re-primed, which is accomplished by placing the bottle above the wand and spraying continuously for 30 seconds. Soak the tip only of the sprayer in warm soapy water if a clog is believed to have formed due to dried, crystallized product.

Poor product
This weed killer does not work at all . Have spray several times with no results. Not worth the money or time. Will purchase again.

To get the best results plant leaves must be thoroughly and uniformly covered with the spray solution. If the application does not cover the entire plant, the control will be less and a reapplication will be needed. For best results, apply when daytime temperatures are consistently between 65-85 degrees. Mowing 2 days before or after application reduces leaf surface and plant's ability to absorb the herbicide. Reapply 2-3 weeks after first application.

Since I’ve purchased this item before and still have the wand, I only needed to purchase a “refill” container (without the wand)…but none were available/in stock. It would have knocked a few dollars off the purchase price. Kind of unfair.
