Ortho Bug B-gon is a must-have for any lawn or landscape. It kills a wide range of insects, including ants, mosquitoes, and spiders, and starts working within minutes. It's also safe for use on edibles. However, the spray nozzle could be improved for a more even distribution. A highly recommended product for a pest-free environment.

Would give zero stars. Had people over 3 days after spraying and mosquitoes still were biting us. It also caused several yellow patches on my backyard!

Mosquitoes would swarm at what felt like all hours of the day. Ants constantly plagued our front porch. Tiny biting bugs wouldn't allow us to sit outside for more than a few minutes. I used this around the border of the house last night and could instantly see a difference. Mosquitoes were no longer swarming, I no longer saw ants, and the tiny biting bugs were gone. Now a day later and I have seen 1 Mosquito, 1 ant, no tiny bugs. Very impressed, highly recommend.

Having used a similar Ortho Bug G Gone products in the past I'm sure this one will prove to be just as effective over the 6 month time it is supposed to be effective. With multiple inside cats and a little dog that we take outside this is great to help keep the fleas down. It helps keep the fleas, other pesky bugs and spiders away from the house. Easy to apply with the built-in spray nozzle, simply attach to your water hose, turn on the water, aim at the area you want to spay and open the nozzle on the bottle.

Ready To Spray, just hook the container up to your trusted garden hose and start spraying. I used the on the entire lawn, and I also spraying the various shrubs I have in my yard as well. Bugs also tend to hide in those places as well. Especially spiders. I gave the shrubs most of the spay simply because of that. Good pesticide and lasts up to three months.

With dogs and living landscape, i am always looking for insect killer and protection for my lawn, walkways, porch and patios. With summer quickly approaching and Temps creeping up, flying annoyances and spider webs are now showing up morning after morning so I wanted to try ORTHO BUG B GON LAWN INSECT KILLER and get a head start now. Kills up to 235 different insects, safe for pets, humans and edible fruits and vegetables ... why wouldn't i feel good about this product. So I sprayed as directed (on a monday) and waited for results. Tuesday, Wednesday still spider webs in the morning, flying annoyances and ankle biters out on the lawn. So I sprayed again(Thursday) giving my lawn and entryways a good soaking mess of Bug B-Gon hitting corners, awnings and crevices. By Saturday I didn't see a spiderweb in sight walking out the house and not a single stray flyer come off my lawn with my late afternoon watering. So I say thats a plus. Whether it really repels certain insects for 6 months or not.. we will have to see. If I get 4 weeks ill be happy. At least I'll know ill have some protection this summer. Would I recommend? Of course .. the sprayer shoots a wide stream which covers a ton of ground and unlike other repellents, there is not a strong chemical smell and the RTS bottle is nice enough I could possibly refill with liquid fertilizer and reuse.

I am impressed with the job that ORTHO 32 OZ. BUG B GON LAWN INSECT KILLER did. I had ants on my deck and bugs and spiders in my garage. I sprayed it on the concrete and the wood and was shocked at the dead insects I found. I also used it in the yard and around the foundation of the house. I didn’t see the same in the yard but I know it worked after seeing what it did around the deck and garage.

I have been using this product twice a year and every year around the perimeter of my house to rid and prevent ants from entering my home. It is best to apply it when there are first evidence of ants on your garden lawn. On the grass areas and underneath the planters and pavements, mound of sand and soil are signs and presence of ants that are hibernating during the colder months. On the cracks, on walkways and driveways, the presence of ants are evident by sand being pushed out of the cracks by the ants. Attach the female connector built-in on the container to a garden hose. Peel off the insert or label instructions attached to the container. It is important to follow the warning and precautions when using this product especially when there are children and pets around. Not to be use indoor and anywhere without proper ventilations.

If you have used Weed B Gon before, this product looks almost the same as that except that it is meant for killing insect. Well, you can simply hook it on any garden hose (take off the existing spray first of course) and apply it to targeted area or do a whole areas application. So, that is pretty easy to use. Right it, my lawn is covered by snow and it doe not make sense to use it yet. Around April or May, I plan to try it out and see how effect it is against insects in my lawn.

I have used ortho on my lawn for years and always been satisfied with the results. I really like that this product come in a ready to spray bottle...just screw on the hose and go. I like to use a combination of ortho products (granules, powders, sprays) in various areas to cover the entire lawn. I use this spray on bushes and up tree trunks and in brushy areas. I make sure that there is not any rain in the forecast for at least 2 days so that the full strength product can have time to work its magic.

Ortho products are great. I’ve used them for years. This product is great for the lawn and shrubs. I prefer the products like this one that attach to your garden hose. Much easier to use than a regular spray bottle. I prefer to spray this product in the early morning before the heat of the sun comes out. And best to spray when rain is not forecast.

Ants still present and more reappear after application.
