Beautiful and lush....the Pennington seed took a bit longer to germinate but once it did it was gorgeous! Highly recommended.

Had lawn aerated than I over seeded with Pennington. I have watered daily for 10 days and see very little growth.

This is a very good grass seed. I'll definitely be ordering more of it.

Better than Scotts as I just had to redo my lawn in September (original lawn in March) and now looks great in October. Much cheaper than Scotts and works better.

The seed had many clumps of sprouted seed, was unusable and I returned it and bought other seed.

I prepped the area with new law seed soil and used a starter fertilizer. Most of which grew in was weed grass. not much fescue grew in. Too late in the season now so in the spring I'll start over and use a better seed

Good germination rate within a week to week and a half fall weather 3 waterings a day

Growing very nicely after two weeks; four nights of natural rain, watered every other late afternoon. Hairy grass 1 inch tall all over my planing area. Looks good so far!

Not one sprout, nothing

I have not had a chance to seed yet, but it seems like a decent grass.

Was pleasantly surprised on how much of this seed actually sprouted. I basically was overseeding the yard for the winter and the amount of new growth is better than expected. I will definitely buy this product again.

I used this seed to overseed my lawn after true brown killed it i a dethatched,aerated and seeded, watered so i guess i will see in a few weeks what happens. had to guess on broadcaster setting first time using it

as of this time i have nothing to report. I have not seen any grass sprouts. Anything I would say now ,would be bad.

Easy to reseeding and weed management.

Our grass has never looked fuller, greener and so very soft on bare feet! From this season on this will be our go to seed.

Seed doesn't seem to be rooting. I have watered but it is just sitting on the ground.

I have a lawn that is like beach sand. I saw an idea to weed and overseed the holes at the same time, and decided to try it. I live in a Pine Bush in Upstate NY with sandy soil and have never been able to grow grass since I've lived in my home for the past 14 years. I have researched and tried SO MANY different grass seed brands. One day as I was weeding, I decided to overseed each hole with this grass seed. 7 days later, THICK BEAUTIFUL grass has grown in the holes and I mean it is THICK and gorgeous. I had to put the seeds DEEP in the holes. With my yard, one cannot sprinkle seeds on top of the lawn. They will not germinate. I have decided I'm going to till my yard and buy more of this seed to see what happens. This grass has overtaken the weak areas in my yard in less than 3 weeks. To say that I'm impressed is an understatement. For me overseeding is the way to go .

Like they say - water a little 2Xs/day, ie . keep the seeds damp till grass grows at least an inch or so tall, then once daily in dry weather. Be sure to cover seeds with no more than 1/2 inch of dirt to retain moisture when planting the seeds.
