Works just as planned. No flickers, no problems. LEDs last a long time so a bit of investment is a good idea.

A great high lumen LED plus it’s Warm Glow going from 2700K to 2200K when dimming. Works with my “LED+” Lutron Diva DVCL-153P and Maestro MACL-153M digital dimmer (neither liked Cree or Feit LED’s). Like Philips lighting in general and very pleased with their Warm Glow LED’s. Just like the old Incandescent days without the high energy use! Worth the price of admission (and recommend price shopping around at local “branded” hardware stores. Although wish HD stores still deeply stocked Philips bulbs, especially Warm Glow.

Provides equivalent light and color. The only question is how long it will last -- hopefully it will last long enough to offset the higher cost of the bulb.

These things are hard to find, even though lots of lamps call for them! And whether or not one will dim properly is a wild guess! But this one works great!

This is great light and doesn't get the least hot! I bought another after trying one in a table lamp that wasn't putting out enough light. Amazing difference.

I love these lamps! The light is akin to the old incandescent light bulbs, a yellow rather than blue tint. I replaced the older generation LEDs with these.
