Do not burn well at all

A lot of dust in the bag and more ash than in most of the pellets I have purchased in the past. The pellets are overpriced. I don’t like the fact that Home Depot runs out of pellets in the middle of the season.

Several bags arrived ripped open, and the pellets inside were damp. I had to throw out at least the contents of 4 bags

Very unhappy with the quality of these pellets. Multiple bags came ripped and the pellets were wet and water logged, making them unusable. The bags at the bottom of the pallet were ripped and compressed to much. Each bag is roughly $8 and I estimated at least 15 I had to throw away. Very disappointing. Will not order from Home Depot again for pellets

Slow, clean burn. Little mess.

Split delivery for 3 tons it took me 3 weeks to get, and I was never informedI was going to get2 separate deliveries. 11 bags were just junk from getting wet never mind the frozen chunks paid for inside delivery well just made it into garage. As far as the product if you want so good clunkers along with a heavy amount of carbon build up these pellets are just fo you

Would use a different brand if Home Depot had a different brand.

I bought these as a secondary pallet because they delivered and price was comparable. They burn as nicely if not better than the last pellets I got from another distributor.

The guy who delivered did awesome. He didn't hit anything put them right where I wanted them. We have only brought in one pallet so far. But that pallet only had one bag that had a hole in it, and one bag that got wet and frozen. We will find out later what the other pallet holds.

Good product burns good.

Great Product, delivered to my home, on time. Burns very clean.

Product itself is decent, however customer service at the Warrenton store for his challenged as well as the online support is horrible as well. Two to four bags were damaged and they only replaced one. Whether it was the delivery driver to the store or the driver of the forklift at the store. I don't know.

Some bags were ripped and wet

The last batch I got The operator dropped the whole ton of pellets on my trailer and bent the gate I took Pictures and the manager only gave me 5 free bags for the I convience. My last two ton I bought many of the bags have tons of wet pellets in them

Sadly almost every bag has a hole in it, right in the middle of the front of the bag.
