Green Supreme is a good brand of pellet.

Need to make the bag stronger. I have had a dozen bags break open at the side seem while stacking for storage.

Seem to burn faster than last years did.

Soft wood pellets don’t burn as nice as the hard wood I was delivered the first time

We originally ordered 2 pallets at the beginning of the season which was great. Then we had to order an additional 3rd pallet end of January. 20% of the bags were damaged and water soaked leaving us with practically sawdust, which renders useless to us. Contacted Home Depot and they said we would have to return the full pallet and reorder a new one but we weren't able to since we had used some already. Disappointed in the customer service and the fact the bags were damaged when ordered halfway through the season.

Product worked as expected

Several bags were waterlogged and the damp pellets had disintregrated.

One bag must of got wet and was not useable. Wasn't worth the ride back for an exchange..

I like the Green Supreme heating pellets. They pellets burn well, are not dusty, and don't form clinkers (pellets that burn but stick together). Hope you have this brand next year.

I would love to give it 4 stars but their was 5 bags that have gotten water in them and we all know what happens after that.
