I don’t even know where to begin about my experience. Starting with the delivery that was 3 days late and when I contacted them they had no answer as to the eta nor could they contact the driver to find out the status???? The pallet was dropped in my driveway. And I mean dropped. So much so that it busted the pallet which in turn ruptured several bags. Then there is the quality of the pellets which is horrible. The ash these produce fills up the ash bucket within a week. I definitely will not be buying these again

The delivery is fine. the wrapping of the pallet was ripped and allowed water to get into the wood pellets and ruin the 8 bags. This is the second delivery this happened. The first time I brought the bags back and they said if it happens next time to call them and they will pick up them back up and deliver next bags. So after my wife called them to advise them these same 8 bags are sitting on a pallet outside my house waiting for pick up and redelivery of good bags.

They were many wet swollen pellet bags with a lot of saw dust, and when I called to have them taken back I was told I can take the wet bags to them and trade them in with my own vehicle…..paid $75 to get delivered, will never use homedepo for any of my home repairs or heating needs but at least they gave me back $100 for a ton of pellets I can’t use

            Don't purchase this product
Well besides the split delivery that nobody mentioned was going to happen, not to much to complement about. My first to I had about 7 bags that were wet and frozen before they came off the pallet. The second two pallets were another joke wet bags. Bags in the middle of the pallet were opened on the pallet just about 11 bags were useless. Nevermind the worthless burning of these bags of saw dust stove shuts down because there is to much moisture in them to burn. I will be returning them

              Beware Terrible Heating Source
Purchased 1Pallet (1 ton) of Green Supreme Plus, each 40 Lb. bag had an excessive amount of sawdust and poor product quality resulting in excessive ash. I live in a remote area that would make returning defective product quite burdensome, I made amends to the situation by constantly screening each bag to keep my Quadra fire pellet stove from smoking and shutting down due to the auger channel being blocked up with sawdust and fragmented pellets. Constant vacuuming of the auger feed pocket and burn pot area was an everyday event, I will never buy this product again or rely on Home Depot for my heating needs. Enclosed are photos of this terrible product.

Green Supreme is Better Than Heaters
Home Depot had Heaters last year (white bags) and Green Supreme this year (green/clear bags). I've gone through pallets of each and for my Quadrafire Pellet fireplace insert the Green Supreme are superior. Why? A tenth of the ash the heaters produced, seems like the same heat, less saw dust & less mess. My only gripes this year is the elevated price. I also picked out & picked up my own pallet this year from the store in my truck. Last year some bags were damaged/wet from delivery.

                  Disappointed
I've used these for several years. Every year the bags seem to be thinner. My last delivery several of the bags were broken and others must have got wet because the pellets were all clumped and frozen in the corners of 4 bags. I attribute this to HD's storage and handling

                    Wood Pellets
Stop !! Do Not Buy ! By far the worst pellets II’ve ever purchased . I bought 2 pallets . We just finished the first pallet , which many bags were water soaked and had to be thrown away. The other bags I have burned and they burn as they are damp . A lot of soot , low heat etc. Customer Service was helpful and were aware of this type of complaint for this product. I’m shocked Home Depot would sell this poor of a product.

                      Worst pellets O ever used.
Way too much ashes. Thought I would use my vet discount this year and save. Woke up this morning (6 degrees this outside this morning) to find back-up electric running because stove was off. Emptied out 4 bags of pellets to find 4 chunks blocking auger. Will be going back to Hamer's Hot Ones, by far the best I ever used.
