Very easy to install and was the perfect size to use for both garage doors

The seal seemed to be well made but would not work in my 20+ year old door. It was too flimsy and kept falling out of the track even though the size was correct for the track.

liked the thought of the product. It would not stay on the bottom of our garage door

It's installation was easy and it looks great!

Very hard to install. Seal ripped in 2 places From pulling across the metal track

Terrible product. Fell out of the track after two days. Called the manufacturer and he said it won't work and to return it. Very thin material. Bought the Clopay product and worked great.

Slid right into the channel. Cut off the ends and good fit

The 1/4" T-Ends were exactly the right fit for the slots on the bottom of the garage door .

Worked great- a little dish soap in the tracks to help it slide and it was done in minutes.

Fit my channel perfectly - definitely need to lubricate the channel or t-ends to slide on easier. Seems like good quality and priced reasonably.

It was only 20' when the instructions say to leave 2" protruding on both sides. I needed it for 2 10' doors , would have been nice if they sold a 21' or 10' 4" or 20'8" and /or the installation insturtions in the details/description of seal

The “T” ends are too wide to fit into the channels on my garage door. I tried trimming a sliver off each T end to get it started but it will not go in any further than what I trimmed off. I spent 30 minutes carefully trimming a sliver off of each T end along the ENTIRE length of the 2-car garage wide seal. This is very difficult to do evenly. I can now get it into my garage door but only about 6” before it gets stuck again, and one side has too much trimmed off the T so it won’t stay in. Waste.

The T ends worked perfectly on a 1/4 inch track.

I used the ProSeal bottom seal on a 20 foot and 10 foot garage doors. The seal was easy to install and is of excellent quality.
