These kits did not come with the correct brackets. I contacted the company they were aware and said they would try to locate some of the older brackets and email me. They have never done so. I have never heard back from them. With that said I called Home Depot and they got me the brackets I needed.

Some pieces were slightly warped and others showed discoloration from being stored on stickers before packaging.

excellent value, easy install, and looks great

Not as good of quality as I expected. Easy to assemble. The quality of the wood was biggest concern. Large knots on the top rails that are already falling out.

Turned out really good. Really nice. Did an elevated section and horizontal section. Would recommend.

The kit came with everything needed to install the rail to my posts. Like other people said, I had issues with the hand rail or the top/bottom piece being warped. I would take the warp piece and attached it to the handrail to hopefully have the handrail straighten it out which worked.

The pieces of wood were bowed and twisted which made it impossible to assemble easily. I had to contact customer which contacted the vendor and they were able to send me out new pieces.

Simple to install, looks great!

Great railing. Easy to install. We stained it and used it indoors as a rustic western balcony railing.

If I could give zero stars I would. We bought two kits and there was not a straight board in either kit. Instructions call out to use the 4” screw to attach the center support. No 4” screw in either kit. The supplied rail support kits installation instructions countermanded the rail installation instructions. The rail supports are at least 1/4” wider than the rails which makes for a very sloppy fit. The final gripe is that the rail kit screw heads are T25 while the while the support kit screw heads are SQ2. Will never buy any of their products in the future.

Assembly instructions lacking any details. One Cap rail and 2 rails seriously warped, out of 5 kits. Made finished product look wankey.

Very easy too install, everything pre drilled no hassle at all. Very satisfied.

Wood is warped and doesn’t fit together because it is so bent. The design is fine, but quality is low.

These for the most part were fairly easy to install. And they look beautiful

Terrible quality, would not recommend to anyone

The top rail and bottom rails had more than several hole centers off as much as 3/4”, making some (4) rods per section out of plumb. Once opening the boxes, prior to any finishing see if the holes are aligned. I have not contacted the manufacture yet but will.

Very good quality. Straight lumber and easy to assemble. Instructions included and easy to follow. I ordered more to complete my project. After reading some of the reviews, I wanted to see the quality before ordering more. Very pleased.

It is easy to install and looks Great.

Good product for the price. I bought 4 of these kits and 2 of the top rails warped after a few weeks. One twisted and the other one bowed upwards which caused several of the balusters in the middle to fall out since they were not long enough to reach anymore. If they stay true and straight then they look great. Otherwise you may have a problem.
