I thought the glass and bulbs would be alot bigger. After installing this light, the plate at the light switch gets hot. I will be returning this item.

Very beautiful, except lamp. Lamps were ugly yellow colored. We bought day light lamp and now looks gouges.

My son broke one of the glass cylinders. Do you sell replacement pieces?

Love this light perfect but hated the lightbulbs it came with

You have to cut the chain and you ruin the finish. And yellow light bulbs? Not nice. Not for me.

Very unimpressive light fixture, not what I expected at all. Didn’t get to see it before it was installed and will be asking my husband to take it down to return. All in all a huge disappointment and hassle because now he’s having to do 3 times the work.

Looks nice. My only complaint is that there were no real instructions on putting it together. There was a single picture that they give you and from that you have to ascertain how things connect. Also just note that the glass covers are not attached. They simply rest in the "bowl" where the lightbulb is. They really couldn't fall off if there is a lighbulb in place, but I wouldn't put them in place before you have your lighbulbs installed.

Step two after buying this, buy led light bulbs and through away all the 60 or 40 watt bulbs that come with it unless you want to heat your home. Other than that, it is a nice fixture and easy to install.

The light fixtures were way smaller than they looked online. I looked at the measurements, but it was deceiving to the eye and the lights that came with them were really yellow. My kids said it looked like a chandelier from a medieval castle where you would see burning torches on the wall. I know you can replace the lights, but that would have cost a lot of money. Didn't meat our expectations, but maybe others like that look.

Looks wonderful with the matching pendants in our kitchen.

Great value and solidly built

We like this dining room chandelier. It is well made and attractive. The one thing that was not Okay was the lamps that came with it. They were rated 40 watts at 2200k incandescent lamps. They produced a lot of heat (480 watts) and not enough light. We replaced them wilh 40 watt equalivent LED 3000k lamps and all is well. Plenty of light when needed, dimmable for dining, and no heat.

Love this except the light bulbs that come with it have a reddish look to them. I'd change them out so they match your other lights before hanging up.
