Amazing Shop Vac
This is my 4th Rigid Shop VAC, in my personal experience working for a large construction company, this is the best shopvac for the money. Extremely powerful machine!!! Very well build!! 5 STARS

Poor handle location
The vacuum works well. It's quieter than my last rigid but seems slightly less powerful. The handle is not top mounted and is not ergonomic to carry. The offset handle is a terrible design for anyone transporting this to and from if using it in job site construction. The vacuum has been demoted to my stationary vac for my shop where carrying it is not a necessity. However, I will be looking for another rigid with a top mounted handle because they are good vacuums overall.

Most of our customer where satisfied with the additional function of the vacuum as a leaf blower with the use of the detachable blower. However, if this is not the vacuum you are looking for you may return the vacuum back to the Home Depot store where it is purchased within 90 days. We do understand that the handle is quite off setting with customer since the handle is on the same molding as the blower assembly. We do have other vacuum that have a top carry handle that you can check out at Home Depot. Or, you may call Customer Service at 1-800-474-3443 from Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time or email us at info@ridgidvacs.com that can cater your needs.

Just started using but appears to have good suction. Decent caddy storage. Plastic could be a little heavier and if it's sold as a "wet/dry" vac it should include a wet filter but it doesn't. I had 2 craftsman vacs before this one. The first lasted almost 36 years the second only 3. We'll see how long this one goes.

Vacuum works fine. Wheel system is not good. Laying wheel mounts upside down on floor and forcing wheel spindle through hole only worked %50. 2 worked and 2 of the wheel swivels bent. This was purchased during an emergency and no time to return items. Will be personally repaired.
