This simple fine dust filter does the job for us in our Rigid 5 gal shop vac. Vac has been in operation for over 10 years now and as long as the filter is changed at reasonable intervals, the vac operates
fine with excellent suction for clean up of Pellet stove ash and dust.

The bag connection doesn’t fit my HD 1200 even though the bag enclosure said the bags would fit this model.

The four packs are excellent for expediting work as you don’t have to clean filters to keep working. I bought (2) four packs, so I was constantly vacuuming while somebody was cleaning the filters at the same time.

Perfect filter replacement for my Ridgid 5 Gallon Shop Vac. Cleans up easily via airhose blowgun and/or light washing. Just make sure tio fully dry the filter before you place it back in service. Highly recommend.

Design is Fatally Flawed
The internal hose attachment directs debris in 2 directions rather than the previous designs that on directed it to one side. Now the hose is constantly clogged as longer material (blades of grass) wraps around the 2-way director. Garbage.

Powerful moter
The size is perfect for car detailing, and the wet vac feature is perfect for extracting stains in car carpeting. The only problem I've had is the on/off switch won't turn the vac off, or if it does, it turns back on again. Other than that I love this vac.
