Replaced a (190,000 BTU) 12 yr old unit that stopped...
Replaced a (190,000 BTU) 12 yr old unit that stopped working. This unit was easy to install and easy to program. It is very quite except when the igniter comes on but that is normal with these units. This 180,000 BTU heater works better and heat up faster and hotter than my previous unit.

Very Low Support from the Home Depot Installer Company (Florida Delta Mechanical Contractor).
im returned the Water heater equipment to Home Depot after wait more that 25 Days for the contractor.

I bought multiple units for different projects and every single unit had a dent somewhere. The first one had a major dent on the top pushing into the exhaust vent. The other three all had cosmetic dents on the front plate (no performance impact but they don’t look good)

Not hot enough. Raised the setting to the highest level...
Not hot enough. Raised the setting to the highest level and the max temp is 120 degrees. The problem with this is not the top temperature but the volume of water out of the shower and faucet. Because you mix cold and hot to achieve the correct temperature. With the lower temp of the hot you have to use less cold, thus the shower spray is much less. Just getting used to it but otherwise it seems fine. Looking forward to energy savings
