It's a real nice color but it does not last...
It's a real nice color but it does not last as soon as something touches it it wipes off and there were a lot of drip marks

That's certainly not what we expect to hear! In ideal conditions, Rust-Oleum Chalked Ultra Matte Spray Paint fully cures after 7 days. We recommend avoiding scratching and abrading the surface before that point. We also recommend avoiding washing the surface before that point. To prevent drip marks, several light coats a few minutes apart should be applied.

After using it and going through several can I decided...
After using it and going through several can I decided I probably won’t use it anymore. It can come out looking differently in places. Lots of texture in places and others not so much and the color varied a lot. I need more and ended up buying similar color but didn’t get the chalk paint finish.

Let's see what we can figure out. For best results using Rust-Oleum Chalked Ultra Matte Spray Paint, Hold the can 10-12" from the surface and spray in a steady back-and-forth motion, slightly overlapping each stroke. Keep the can the same distance from the surface, keeping the can in motion while spraying. Apply 2 or more light coats a few minutes apart until the desired coverage has been achieved. Following this application method will ensure an even, consistent coating.

Sprays on so easily, great coverage over mahogany dark stain table. No need to use brush it’s that easy. Color is just like chalk, I also did a rost-oleum grey chalk stain over the white paint and it came out beautiful.

While the paint in the can worked especially well, the spray paint variety was very runny & basically useless. I shook the can vigorously and the consistency was still watery. Maybe I got a bad batch. Very disappointing. SAD.

Thank you for sharing your experience! For the best finish with Rust-Oleum Chalked Spray Paint, we recommend applying several light coats a few minutes apart. The can also needs to be held upright 10-12" from the surface while spraying.
