you sent gardenias as opposed to this plant. The gardenias are acceptable, or rather small. Unfortunately, gardenias are not deer resistant in my areas, so they are almost gone already and it is not even winter!! Again total waste of money. I will never buy an online plant from HD again

I ordered two of this item and did, at least, expect to have them approximately the same size -- especially since I paid the same price for each. The plants were both healthy, except that one was much bigger than the other -- and the smaller one had three broken branches. This, I do believe, was done during packaging since the branches were already quite dead. I planted them according to directions and hope that they will eventually grow into beautiful, showy and healthy plants. I have no problem with Home Depot since they are our preferred store. Packaging from the supplier is another whole issue.

This item was smaller than shown. Although in a two gallon pot, this plant roots were shallow. I had to prune it severely as it had cold burns on all exterior leaves suggesting that it was completely frozen while in its container. Arrived dry. Very disappointed in this. Will not purchase again.

Sorry to hear that your plant arrived damaged and not up to expectations! We traditionally won't send out plants that don't meet our specs, but your plant must have slipped through the cracks due to the volume of plants we've been shipping. As for the cold damage, that was unexpected and also unavoidable. We've received complaints from many customers regarding that, but we were unable to predict the weather that some of our plants went through. Be sure to return your plant to Home Depot for a refund if you're unsatisfied with the one you received.

We are sorry to hear you were disappointed with the size of the plant your received, please return to your local Home Depot... Hopefully to avoid any future customers buying this item and being disappointed, the when purchased online the shipping size of this item will be approx: 10-14 inches wide X 8-12 inches tall in a 2 gallon pot.

I ordered four 2 gal. Mountain Snow Pieris. They were delivered promptly, well-packed, and had suffered no damage. I got them in the ground the next day and one month later they're thriving.

My friend was extremely happy to receive two beautiful mountain snow pieris. They were packaged well, very healthy and ready to be planted in the ground.
I had ordered the plants as a thank you gift, and was delighted to hear they arrived to her house in less time then I was quoted, and with instructions to open and water immediately.
