Bought new from hd, Starlink said the dish was already assigned to another account when i went to set up. No Customer service, Starlink says home depot is responsible so nothing they can do, home depot says they don't know what Starlink is or how to help. Left with an expensive paperweight.

Received the latest model. Quick delivery and even faster setup. Best option for rural internet service.

This starlink kit is fantastic. It took us from 3-5 mbps brightspeed internet to near 200 mbps on Starlink. Its all easy plug and play and took us about 5 minutes to get on the internet. Self installation guidance from Starlink app.

I'd love to review this item, but unfortunately my order has been stuck on "Processing" for 5 days. Still in processing and not even shipped to the store after 5 days is ridiculous really. This review for now is just about HD and the sloooww processing department. I'll update if I ever get the product.

Setup is easy…just plugged my mesh core node into the router and set the dish up in the right spot! Took maybe 10 mins in total and I was up and running! Performance is far better than I expected. DSL is all that’s available in my area, and this is easily 10x the speed with lower latency. I’m averaging 150-200Mbps download. Only issue I had is the online store is a little incomplete wrt descriptions of the mounting hardware…ended up ordering the wrong thing, but that support was very responsive and sent me what I needed at no cost and even comped me one month for the inconvenience…definitely recommend

Easy setup. App works great. Using it in RV park with great results. Can handle use with Firestick and Zoom meetings with ease.

For me it was super easy to set up and get stared. There aren't any good internet service providers that come to my area besides super low-grade phone internet. Now with starlink I have gotten speeds of almost 300mbs down and over 40 up I live in the center of Michigan. I'm getting these speeds just with the panel sitting on a table on the back deck. I ordered a pole mount from starlink when I set up my account so it just keeps getting better.

Wow, I can't say enough. This device literally changed our life. We had such bad internet (I'd venture to say none most of the time), and then installed this bad boy and are connected at all times!! I'm not a technical person so I can't talk to speeds, and all that, but we have 0 lag time, and it's seriously changed our lives. It's not cheap, and definitely an investment, but so so worth it. Highly Recommend.
