Terrible Customer Service
We have had issues with our clothes smelling. Techs came out, deemed it the dryer, and they refunded us for that. Our clothes still smell, and now we are getting the run around because it’s the washer that was the problem in the first place. Months of going to the laundry mat while trying to figure this out.

Ample capacity to wash

Once it was delivered and hooked up I was pleasantly impressed with the load capacity! After having to take my king size bedding (comforter included) to the laundromat for so long, I am glad I made this purchase because I can finally fit my bedding into a single load😌

Issues with the spin option
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The spin option Most of the time does not work and leaves my clothes soaking wet. I bought this about five months ago and I’ve been having problems with it since then, a Samsung representative came out to try to see what the issue was, but they could not find the issue. The sensor did not pick up any issue, and the representative did not try to conduct a different alternative to find out the problem.

Control panel labels rub off w/ laundry detergent
The machine works fine but the text on the control panel are wiping off clean when they come in contact with laundry detergent. At this point my on/off button is completely gone and my start stop button will be gone before long.

Everything that’s needed

It looks great. I do still have a Maytag set in my basement which I will do heavier loads in. This is great for regular loads. Very happy with my front load Samsung.

Love it!

We moved into a house that didn’t have them there which gave me the opportunity to finally get a front loading washer. It is so much easier getting clothes out without having to practically stand on your head! They also make the laundry area look great. Clothes come out very clean.

Decent value, but basic.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Decent washer. Does what I want it to. I was surprised that these aren't smart appliances, but Samsung makes about everything else (pointlessly) connected - like a fridge. I'd rather get a reminder there's a load of laundry done and needs to be dried than to get a reminder the fridge door is open. The chances of me leaving the fridge door open are practically non-existent (I'm civilized - I close it immediately when I turn away from it). The chances of forgetting about the laundry in the hour or so it takes the machine to finish - while I make good use of my time and do other things so I have my mind elsewhere - are much, much greater. I have too many connected "smart" (that's a misnomer) appliances. The only one that should be, isn't. I guess I should have paid attention when I bought it, but figured Samsung makes everything else connected, so no way the one thing that should be wouldn't. Oops.
The sounds are a bit over the top, with the buttons sounding like you're a child learning to play an instrument more than an adult doing chores. I find it amusing, but not very professional.

Do not buy! Brand new piece of junk.
Do not buy. This washer was bought brand new and shakes violently on spin cycle because it's out of balance. I have a video but it won't let me post it. I looked at all reviews and figured the people were just doing something wrong. I leveled this calibrated 3 times. Tried everything. Now my worst nightmare as I thought I will have to deal with warranty. I will try to update late. PLEASE DO NOT BUY YOU MAY GET STUCK WITH IT.
