I only got this a few days ago, and haven’t used it, but it is beautiful and the features seem amazing. I’ve been able to connect it with the app, and the settings and controls are are fairly intuitive, although they’re very sensitive to being brushed against. I’m glad the cooktop uses knobs instead of a touchpad. If you purchase installation it comes with a cord and they connect it for you, but make sure they also install the anti tip device. That is supposed to be include with installation but I realized after they left they didn’t install it. It was kind of a pain to line up correctly. Loved induction at old house. This Samsung range with duo flex door is a game changer for double oven ranges. Love it. Did receive cookware set for free but that did not influence my review!

After a month I really like this range/stove. The ceramic glasstop and dual oven/doors is exactly what I was looking for. I had to replace most of my pots and pans, but they needed updating anyway (adter extensive search I settled on Kitchen-Aid 24pc Stainless Steel $300). Large induction burner is great and spacious. It is awesome that the magnetic burners know when a pot or pan is presemt, and when not. I will never ever ever go back to a gas range.. Ever. The cleanup and immediate cooling off to clean is worth the $3200 (with geek-squad warranty) just in itself!! It takes time to get used to the top oven convection times...conversion setting is good, but still cooks quicker than regular bake. Air Fryer is awesome, getting a suitable baking pan to put under basket that comes with oven is ongoing. Double door works great removing shelf and placing in bottom drawer is easy. I made lasagna this evening and made a mess on cook-top, clean-up was a breeze. Was the quickest large pot boul on mid-size burner ever! The water boiled way before sauce was done. Straining basket in pan set was helpful. Cooked in lower oven and slide out drawer was great. The range goes great with my Dishwasher, Fridhe, and Microwave (all Samsung Black fingerprint proof. Smarthings does more on my fridge and Dishwasher than oven!?? A couple minor things. Smarthings app doesn't really do anything at all except let you know the temp and time on oven. NO preheating or changing temp...all the things I wanted/expected. Oh well, Liability is a b!tch. The fan runs long adter oven is turned off. Great exhaust, but it is annoying. The delivery guys did NOT level unit when installed...The regular oven shelf would have been better with a flatter back. Pans slide easily because of the slope. Trivial and minor.

This is new for us so we'll see how it holds up, but so far it looks great. It looks nice and all the functions are intuitive. The smart dial is really nice. It cooks more evenly than our prior LG induction stove. I really like the double oven feature. Two small complaints: I'd like a bridge feature on the cooktop for a griddle and the know for the main burner should be on the right since the burner is on the right.

Wifi won’t shut off, sending data to russian servers constantly. App is really useless. Would be a nice stove if it had decent app that wanted to be useful for the consumer instead of a data collection tool for samsung.

Induction is worth the premium, split oven is more of a nice-to-have but I'm glad I sprung for it. Boost mode on the cooktop means water boils extremely quickly. Materials quality is actually better than I expected, hinges and knobs feel heavy. Induction 'whine' is minimal, but there is a noticeable fan noise when the cooktop is in use - exhausts from the rear just like the oven. We got this range not too long ago and already love how quickly it boils water or just heats up the pans in general. It saves so much time in the cooking process. On our old electric range, we'd have to wait quite a while for it to heat up. Also the remote oven feature is great as well. However, I think the manual does a bad job explaining how to enable it. I bought this stove a couple months ago. We had a gas leak in the line going to our old range that resulted in our home being "red tagged" with the gas shut off so we had no stove, hot water, or heat for days. Rather than tear open our ceiling to fix and repair the leak, we took it as a sign to switch to induction. I loved cooking on our gas range, but HATED the clean up. I am very pleased with the induction top it has more power than gas and is so easy to keep clean but most importantly, it has made my home safer. I am also very happy with the double oven. Having the split oven makes it so that it preheats really quick, and allowed my to get rid of the toaster oven that was cluttering the countertop. Downsides: 1. You can not see what is cooking in the bottom stove without opening the door 2. Only one large burner 3. Can only air fry when using the "whole" oven 4. I find the control area difficult to clean. Samsung could make some improvements to really make this range incredible. 1. A second large burner, and/or a fifth burner, similar to Cafe slide in ranges 2. The ability to airfry in the split oven. 3. Drop the warming drawer in favour of two larger ovens, as seen in Cafe slide in ranges. I'd also love to see a true double oven slider from Samsung. The range is so sleek and has many bells and whistles. I have not used the induction top yet, because I need to purchase new pans.

The range is beautiful and full of features. I love the versatility of the flex duo oven but haven't had the opportunity to use the induction cooktop yet. However, I love that induction surfaces don't get hot like standard electric. I'm looking forward to easier cleanup and the safer cooking surface. It is the best stove I ever had! Love the boost feature that heats up super fast. The double oven feature is flawless and the slide out rack makes it easy to work with. Burners stay cool on top when not in use, can double up as usable surface, its a plus when you need extra room for prepping.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very pleased with my induction range. Independent ovens is a real plus. Only thing I would change is the oven knob. It is in between surface knobs and frequently activated by my body movements. A small spacer should help, but none was .

Nice range. Cooking well. Easy control. Just few things what i don't like: 1. doesn't have burner temperature information; 2. doesn't have individual lock oven, because lock all range burner and oven together. You can accidentally push to main control handle when cooking on burner and oven will start heating.

(i received compensation for this review but the review is my own) pros: - it heats water super fast. - easy to clean cooktop - oven controls are easy to use and very intuitive. - double oven, flex duo feature cons: - burner and knob placement. the knobs do not follow the conventional placement. - only able to use one large pot/pan easily at a time. small burners get crowded easily and only one large burner - when using the bottom oven it can be hard to check on food through the glass door. - there a little electrical noise when using the burners

Looks great! Water in a saucepan boiled in like 20-30 seconds. The installers advise the factory oils will burn off with first oven usage; helpful. Excited to see it has a proofer setting- we will try making fresh bagels soon. Looking forward to much use!

This range looks wonderful and works well. I love to cook and have baked, air fried and used the cooktop constantly. The induction top boils water in a flash, cooks evenly and then cools off rapidly. This makes it really safe around children. I love that it is also extremely energy efficient. Everyone needs one!
