Nice looking dryer but it makes noise like something is stuck in the drum. Also, even though this dryer is new, it takes longer to dry a load than the old one did.
The delivery crew didn't have the right parts to hook up the dryer. We had to call a service to come out and do that.

This purchase was a nightmare. Samsung Service Person came out weeks after delivery on the day before Thnksgiving. Complained about how far he had to travel. Spent 5 minutes and said it was the installion which it was not

Only lasted 1 1/2 years before it stopped working
The dryer worked fine for a year and a half before it stopped producing heat. The part and repair cost has a national average price of $525.00. I definitely would not recommend this product.

The Samsung gas dryer is much quieter than the LG model I replaced. I have used it since the beginning of November 2023. It dries really quickly and looks great in my laundry room. It exceeds my expectations. Great product. Highly recommend.

Don't buy this dryer
My landlady provided this dryer. The sensor doesn't work; it turns off while clothes are very damp. Even on the hottest and longest cycles it takes forever for towels and clothes to dry.

Find I have to run on several cycles compared to my prior dryer. Clothes fall out on the floor as soon as you open. Wish I would have selected a different set.
