The screen door is beautiful but arrived broken as many other reviews said also.

Arrived broken at base, unusable.

Door seems weak , edges on trim not sanded. One piece was not nailed properly and is loose. Not the best quality

Screen had minor tears and decorative corner pieces poorly installed.

Easy to install, very attractive.

This door came out of the box out of square. The top and bottom were nearly 1/2 inch wider (36 1/2) than it should have been but the middle was at 36”. By the time I was able to get the door to fit into the door opening the door started coming apart at the joints. Looks nice but is poorly constructed. Because I had to alter the product to make it the advertised size and it broke during installation I ended up throwing the door away. I wouldn’t waste your time and money on the door.

The vinyl "welding" in the corners was sloppy and awful rough, the top and bottom were uneven, the top stile was 1/8 of an inch lower on one side. The angle braces/decorations were mounted crooked.

The door needs to be cut 3/8 inch from each side and the person who was going to install the door is not comfortable cutting that precisely. I asked if Home Depot could install and was told they do not install screen doors. If there is a service Home Depot offers or refer a provider, please notify me. Otherwise, I will need to return the door, and I would hate to do so.

Love style of door, but the installer could not get the top of door to lay flat against door frame leaving a slight gap for bugs to come in. He feels the warp is due to the door material being vinyl or plastic the primary use is to keep dog inside, so had installed anyways.

Why is it taking so long

Door was marked up from shipping. It was also bowed which prevented complete closing at the top of the door. Finishing was poor.

The door arrived a little beat up and had a fair amount of tape residue that was attracting dirt.

i still have it un hing, cant find any one to hang it`` 36 door door frame same size

I love this door so much! We just moved and I had the same one on the old house so I got three more for the new house, I do recommend getting one of the Wilson door closers and the nice hinge set to go with it.

2nd time reviewing this door. Beautiful and sturdy made. Screen itself a bit flimsy. I would have liked a heads up about it not coming with door handles nor closer. That's an extra cost you will incur when getting this door.

I lov9e my screen doors they were just what I wanted.

THis door is so thin it will no hold it's shape. Screen doors should be 1 1'8" thick. This door is only 1" thick.

The screen door was everything I wanted for the front doors. The were easy to assemble and hang on the door frame. It enhanced the Victorian style of my home.

all the doors needed to be cut some,I expected them to fit exact.All the doors bow,some at the top and some at the bottom.One door bowed out at the top so bad I had to buy another hook lock to keep it shut.
