this product is awful, it don't work have the time, cheap quality. customer service was great, I returned the first bird bath because of it's quality.

It's our first birdbath with running water, when the sun shines on it. The frogs attached, the color, size and running water all give it a nice appeal to our garden.

I'm very happy with this, its heavier than I was expecting which is good. I only wish there was a back up battery so that the fountain worked all the time. (It only runs while the sun is out)

Keep it directly in the sun and you will hear the water trickle. Birds love it. Honey Bee's too!! We have lots of Salvia and Lavender around it and it looks awesome!

I bought this as a gift for my mom's garden. She's a senior and she and her boyfriend were able to put it together with no trouble at all. It's a lovely addition to her yard and she's thrilled since the solar power means running water without having to take extra steps.

...as the other reviews pointed out, the sun has to be really shining bright and DIRECTLY on it for the pump to work. I've only actually seen it run once for about 3 minutes, and we've had it for 3 months now. If you want a birdbath with a pump that actually runs, this is not the one for you. If you just want a birdbath that holds water, this will probably work for you.

This birdbath looked like a wonderful wedding gift and I had it delivered to the newlywed's home. Upon opening the package they found it was broken beyond repair. They returned it to home Depot for merchandise credit. What a let down on all our parts.

This product is dissapointing because the water filter clogs too easily and the surface is prone to fungus. The fact is that birds are dirty and they make a mess of the birdbath daily.

Very timely shipping, bird bath went together very quickly. Very nice appreance...motif. When the full sun shines directly on it, it is almost like a miniature Roman fountain...very powerful little solar powered blade pumps that water.....On partly sunny days, not as much of a "power" flow but it flows. Both conditions good because it also oxygenates the water. Beautifully made and not heavy, EZ assembly, and excellent water flow. Worth the $$$

This is a beautiful "fun" little birdbath, but like most of these solar products it needs DIRECT sunlight to operate well. The other problem is that if you have many birds, it needs to be cleaned almost daily in order to keep the pump from clogging from bird waste. Having said that it is lovely to look at, the birds like it (and use it a lot!), and friends enjoy the entertainment. Good product overall.

does not retain solar energy. Not very deep either. not very powerful

This is a lovely addition to my back deck where I have plants and bird feeders. Because this area gets sun from 10 AM through the evening, the birds have the fountain most of the day. Setting it up was SO easy, I could not believe it. The solar unit responded immediately. By the time I had gathered up the box and turned away, a Hummingbird was perched on the side and a Cardinal was awaiting its turn. The traffic has been steady even when the fountain is not operating in the early morning. The only thing I would like to change is to have the solar unit retain energy when the sun is not directly above so that th birds would have the fountain early in the morning. But, I would purchase this again and am recommending it to friends!

Looks great in our yard although smaller than expected and solar fountain needs direct sunlight to make its weak pump work.

This product was a bit disappointing because the sun has to be directly on the unit in order for it to turn on the water flow for the fountain aspect. Even if the sun is shining, the sun needs to be directly on the unit for it to work.
