the Hickory wood on these stair treads is amazingly beautiful. We love our new stairway.

These hickory stairs and risers were perfect with our rustic hickory flooring. The wood quality was better than our flooring...colors for the treads and risers were well-selected and consistent with the photos we saw before buying.

Come good pack . Have some small imperfection , cracks where glue together. Overall good buy . I don’t give 5 stars because on select product should be perfect with out knots and small cracks.

Need to sand/paint 3-4 times. Wood is “young” and soft. Good for the price but too much work.

Good looking piece of wood. Will actually be come a window sill.

The stair treads are extremely high quality. They have a good weight to them. My only advice is to sand lightly before staining—stain takes about 12 hours to dry since hickory is such a dense wood. We installed treads and kickers with trim finishing screws and wood glue.

Do stairs for a living, these are some of the best I've seen. Much better than the store treads. I will buy them again.

I highly recommend this item. I ordered several of these treads in lengths of 36", 42" and 60" to finish 2 staircases and a few single step-ups for a customer. Delivery to store was fast and when I brought them to job site they were all in excellent condition and great quality. I was impressed and my customer more so. This was the first time I used ship-to-store option a specialty item and both the service and this item was more than worth it. I will definitely order and use these stair treads again.

Product arrived sooner than expected. Packaging was excellent with protection between each item. I highly recommend the Stairtek products.

Top side looks good but the back and bottom have tracks from a wood boring beetle. I sure hope this didn't introduce an infestation to my home.

Nice wood, great looking treads, BUT, damaged and beat up. More than 1/3 of the treads were damaged, some badly with scratches and dents at least 1/8" deep, if not more like 3/16" deep. This was not a shipping issue as the boxes showed up looking great, and the damage was even on treads that were sandwiched between other treads. Damage was also on both sides. This was damage that was present before they were shipped.
