I’ve had this door installed for about a month now. This is a well built door. The shipping packaging was very robust so it arrived undamaged. The jambs and plate are very solid and well built. The door is very solid and well built also. The window and frame are of good quality. The doggy door is perfect size for my two 100 lb malamutes. The flap is pretty thin and I don’t know how well it will hold out the Arizona heat. The magnet keeps the flap closed unless there is wind gusts. But overall I’m happy with the door.

Have to return the door to get my money back.My contractor said it didn’t meet the building specs and was missing certain parts.

The cons: the pet door is HUGE..looks much more of the bottom of door than pictured; the door is smooth fiberglass not woodgrain; I’m wondering if what we got was different than what we thought we were ordering. Pros: did install easily & seems well insulated.

It seems they stripped the screws on the dog door and they keep falling out... haven't heard back from the company as of yet.

Door is awesome! Pet door is horrible. It is only a single layer and used to have 3 layers. Living a few hundred feet from the ocean the wind keeps it open as much as it is closed

We love the door it looks great. The doggy door part in reviews says to use extra magnets on the bottom to help the door stay shut on windy days. We will try it. We have a medium and large dog and they love it!

I purchased this door to replace an exterior door that had rotted. This door is exactly what I expected and should last a very long time. I did not give it an "excellent" review as the horizontal magnetic piece that keeps the dog door flap in place is loose and has to be shimmed to make the connection to the flap.

It's a quality door. The dog door it comes with is for a large door. Would have been nice to be able to select the size of the dog door, Door was received in great shape and was easy to install.

Great door, just what we needed. Good weight & seals out the heat/cold. The dog door has a magnetic bottom to help it close, a bit drafty, as expected. We have 2 dogs (35 & 45 lb) & they can both fit in this opening. We had ours professionally installed.
