The StyleWell Glenville small midnight blue kitchen cart with butcher block top and locking wheels ( 24in. wide x 15.8in. deep x 34.3in. high ) is a very nice small rolling kitchen cart. I like the butcher block top that doubles as a cutting board. It also includes a towel bar on one end and utensil hooks on the other end. Two of the castors are the locking type that keeps the cart from rolling. The drawer and shelf are nice features and work very well.

This Stylewell brand Glenville model kitchen cart was very well-designed, and it was one of the easiest home items I have put together thanks to the step-by-step instructions and the parts organization and marking (see pictures). The cabinet door hinges were pre-mounted on the door, making assembly much easier. The butcher block top was nicely finished (see picture). The two hooks on one side and full-length towel bar on the opposite side were great features. I liked the moveable interior shelf as well (see picture). It has locking caster wheels so once you have it located in the right spot in your kitchen, you can make it stay in place (see picture). I highly recommend this kitchen cart!

This cart provided one of the best flat-pack furniture assembly experiences I've had. I assembled it myself in 100 minutes. The fit and finish were perfect, and all the pre-drilled holes lined up. I really appreciated the hardware being packaged in blister packs with a separate pack for each step. The flat parts are particle board, and the frame parts are solid wood. The drawer measures 11" deep x 17.5" wide x 3.5" high and pulls almost all the way out. There are only 3 closely spaced positions for the single shelf. In the middle position there are 11" above and 11" below the shelf. The shelf measures 12" deep and 20" wide. The towel bar, drawer pull, and door pull are all good quality and nicely finished. I found the finished cart to be pretty and functional and I'm please with my purchase.

Fairly easy to assemble, although the instructions really could be improved - they are mainly just pictures, need more descriptive text. The cabinet itself is very nice. Sturdy construction, drawers and cabinet doors work smoothly, lots of extra counter space (the main reason I bought it).

It arrived sooner than expected. Box was coming open so I was worried it was damaged. But it is packed really well with lots of styrofoam so there was no damage from delivery. Home Depot - you need to put more tape on this heavy box for shipping. It did take a long time to put together. But once I started, I just wanted to finish it all in one night - so maybe about 6 hours (but I did not go fast). Instructions were good and the parts all seperated by step # was awesome. Also used the BILT app - super helpful. I would recommend putting on the door handles before attaching the doors to the cabinet (instructions say put them on after). Everything was marked great. No issues with holes not matching, drilling holes - all were already drilled for you. There was no funny smell as noted in other reviews. It is very sturdy. I just love it - perfect for my small space and needed extra counter and cupboard space. Butcher block is beautiful! I just need to stain and seal it before cutting food on it. Highly recommend this cabinet. As you can see my cats were super helpful too.

First, the hinges are attached to the doors instead of the sides. I recommend attaching the hinges to the sides before completing the assembly as it is easier to attach the doors outside of the cabinet. The screws are much to small, I upgraded to a longer screw (sorry, I forget the size.) Also, I used heavy duty wood glue for all of the pegs and holes as well as the flat pieces they connect. With these changes, I would give it five stars.

I needed extra counter and storage space in my kitchen. This cart fills the bill so well I bought a second. It's sturdy enough for the price. I didn't use the app putting it together but I give it a look to assemble the second. If the top were prefinished it would probably cost much more. No biggie, I put on a few coats of satin finish wipe on poly to protect it. It looks even nicer now.

I spent 2 days trying to post a detailed reviews, photos and all. Site did not work. Very frustrating. My take-away from reading all the reviews and then confronting a useless website designed to do nothing but sell, was that customer service in stores and for online are beneath disgusting or non-existent. I actually did get someone on the phone, to be fair, when I needed to be sure of the dimensions for this cart, because there was an obvious error online (listing in one seller photo of dimensions, incorrect width, for the 2 door rather than one. Bought after confirming. So many buyers, so many clearly talented carpenters and DIY'ers, cheerful slow-but-steady instructions-followers, and plenty of folks either at their wits end due to the material quality, lack of clear instruction on some details which many had problems with, and inability to get replacement or missing parts. All that said, and now enjoying the finished cart (and getting some compliments on it), as my palm heals from lots of manual assembly (screwdriver, espcially). So I'll not even try to replicate my initial review which could not be posted. Now I got this request to review (a month later) and I've had a chance to chew on it, highs & lows and general take. First, assembly is not "simple" even for good directions followers, unless accustomed to carpentry. But it's not impossible. I put it together solo (semi-quarantine time) and managed the door being perfectly flush by putting it on its back and finding a box to help position it as I screwed the hinge in. Both the door and drawer are perfect, and the drawer just easily slid into place. I followed the little cutout diagram to place the guide correctly, and it did work, nothing "backwards". But that's me, now... maybe they updated the instructions. ("Who knows?") Assembly method is easy to follow with numbered parts, steps, and hardware packs. But at one point the number of anchors and pegs before me didn't match the number of holes, and the instructions diagram did not shed any light. So... Mostly seamless though, snug construction even without one peg somewhere I guess. Wheels great, looks great. Only casualty of the "cheap" material was one hole creating a small split as I tightened the screw. Fortunately in the back, out of view, and easily touched up. As for the wood, yes, "unfinished". Rough? Not really, it's clearly not (poly) smooth, but I'm keeping it "natural" for now, for food contact, though probably won't cut on it. It does *look* nice, although there is a pattern on it (some "cut" edges of "wood slats") which some may find a bit hokey or "cheap". Of the few who have seen mine so far, people say "nice"! and it's functional, rolls easily, stores a bunch of stuff, and that's about the story. (My "short version", lucky for readers.). The reviews almost all ring true for me, including the variability in how the many people buying this will view it as "easy" or not. Not elegant, not flimsy. "Just right" on the money for this bargain price, and only time will tell how it holds up.

I had previously purchased the larger 2 door cart of this same style and love it, but was in need of further surface and cabinet storage for my craft room which also doubles as my bedroom. I needed storage that would not completely dominate my room and i wanted it to match what I already had. I had in mind that i would just get the same thing but it was out of stock so I went with these smaller ones. They are perfect! One of the best features of this put-together-yourself furniture is how well laid out each step is. Everything is labeled well with no guess work at all! It really was fun putting them together. I certainly wish all manufacturers were this thorough!

3.5 hrs to assemble. remember to use glue on dowels... otherwise sturdy and well made for price, good value. messed up drawer slide direction otherwise instruction and hardware organization were great and easy to follow.

I was a bit worried because it took me about 20 minutes just to unpack the box. I timed myself and it took almost exactly 3 hours to put together by myself. The Bilt app helped tremendously!! It looks beautiful and the quality is surprising. The drawers have a nice heavy slide in and out and don't feel cheap like other carts like this that I've had. The color is a pretty off-white, not a bright stark white and the storage is great. The hardware is also very nice. I couldn't be happier with the price and product.

I bought two of these units for building out a camper van conversion. I'm completely happy with the product. Given the price, even with my complete shop, I couldn't come close for value. The materials and components alone would have cost me more than what I paid here. The went together with amazing accuracy and are satisfyingly strong. About 20 minutes to put together using basic tools. I modified them a bit for my purposes, leaving off the castors and reversing the swing of one of the doors. I've been using them for 4 months, and have no regrets.

I loved the cart at first, I searched high and low for the perfect size to fit my stuff in, my husband put it together and everything lined up perfect I even stained the top wood peice to match my kitchen cabinets, but my son tripped in the kitchen and barely bumped the cart and it put a big crack in the door, and that when I seen how cheap and thin the material was, now its worth nothing cause it looks aweful and I cant just buy a replacement door I will have to buy a whole new cart, I only had it for a month

I LOVE my new cart! Picked it up on sale!!! I'm >65 and put it together by myself! Worked a few hrs a day, paced myself and was done on day 3!!!! The instructions were very easy to follow. The copmany included extra assembly parts! I didnt have any problems with assembly at all! I really love the height of the work surface. Its.very sturdy and the drawers and doors fit pefectly! Perfect for standing or sitting on stool to work on projects or cut out a sewing project! Love the storage! Allowed me to bring some kitchen utensils from the top shelf and keep them in a much more accessable place. Being 5 ft tall I have to really stretch to reach the 2nd shelf so its great to not have to drag the step stool in to get 3rd shelf items! I highly recommend this quality piece of furniture. I'm sooooo happy with this piece! Thanks Home Depot.

Holes didn’t line up. We ordered this twice, first time the screw busted through the back panel when it was being fastened. Back panels aren’t available for replacement so our only option was to return and replace the whole thing. Replaced it and the holes that secure the top piece didn’t line up. It was 90% assembled when we got to that step and noticed it.

I lack countertop space. I had bought the Single Drawer Glenville. I liked it so much, I bought the 2 Drawer.

This item Had incredible padding and protection for shipment and arrived in good condition. It did take me approximately 4 hours to assemble being carefull not to damage any pieces during assembly. I have assembled many pieces of furniture over the years and this was the best package layout. Every screw/dowel/lock package was corrosponded with the assembly step. I did run into a few packages that were missing hardware, but, the manufacturer compensated with a extra hardware package that did make up the difference. I always look 2 steps ahead during the assembly to know how this is going together and I did noticed a step where it already showed the back in place but nothing noted in the instructions so you do have to keep your thinking cap on to make some logical decisions. I looked at reviews before purchasing and noticed 1 comment about an unusual odor. I do notice an odor which to me seems to be a wood/paint combination smell, but, nothing overbearing. The door closures have really strong magnets that work very well. The drawers open and close with ease due to they operate on slides with roller bearings. The unit itself is very spacious. The bare wood top is top notch. Has nice heavy wheels with locks for antiroll. This is a solid utility cart. Very pleased with this purchase and looks real good in my kitchen and has become my go to prep station for coffee, sandwiches etc....

LOVE this cart! I ordered online and had shipped to store. Pick-up was so quick and simple. The box was in excellent condition, I took it home and assembled the cart myself, with a little help from my 9 y.o. daughter. Assembly was super easy, all the pieces were labeled clearly and correctly, everything in excellent condition, no parts missing or broken! I love the way the screws and fasteners were packaged, secure on cardboard, with each set of screws needed for each assembly step in separate compartments. That made the whole process super easy! It took maybe 3 1/2 hours to finish, 1 person (and taking way too many breaks). Very sturdy cart, and the locking wheels are awesome! All doors and drawers work smooth and perfect, and the storage space it provides is great! Have had it for 3 weeks now and keep asking myself WHY I did not get one of these sooner!!

This low quality cabinet is too expensive. I could see daylight between the back and side panel after assembly. A hinge screw was missing from the parts package. A shelf hanger clip was useless. The metal hooks are cheaply forged metal with rust pits already. The wood top is unfinished and rough. This product should be 40% less in price.

This island is absolutely beautiful! It is so sturdy, it matches my kitchen perfectly. Delivery was fast, packaging was secure, no broken or missing pieces. So much storage, it was perfect to clear appliances off the counters and create more space! It’s movable and practical for our home and our kitchen.

For the price this is not worth it. I have built so much ikea furniture over the years and this was the most problematic furniture build I’ve ever encountered. Some holes were pre-drilled, some were like “marked” but not pre-drilled so you cannot build it with just a screwdriver as stated. Screws are so cheap the heads break clean off so I have magnets held in by one full screw and a piece of a screw that I can’t get out to even replace. White paint is already chipped on edges of pieces especially drawers so they look old/dirty already. The back piece is actually 2 pieces so there is a giant seam which has dark edging because whatever white they use is so cheap so it looks dirty even though it’s brand new. Finally after overcoming every obstacle to get to the end of the build...the drawers don’t even go in properly. I mean COME ON. I checked and re-checked but I did everything as it should be. I wanted to return this thing by step 2 of 12 where holes were not pre drilled and I almost broke my wrist trying to use just a screw driver...but the fact that it’s 110lbs and I had to open the box to carry individual pieces up my stairs to get in my apartment means I cannot even physically return this thing if I wanted to...so I kept going. Bad idea. I’m so beyond annoyed right now. I finally searched the reviews for the word “drawer” and see this is a repeating issue. I tried turning the hardware upside down as others stated to I avail. I’m honestly just so peeved I cannot even handle right now to call and sit on the phone for 45min to try and explain this joke of a furniture build and try arrange to wait a week + for replacement parts... IF that’s even possible? ALL I WANTED WAS A DANG WHITE KITCHEN CART WITH DRAWERS. I cannot NOT recommend this cart enough.

We had been looking for a microwave cart for a long time but couldn't find one that would fit our decor and be the size that we want. We settled on this one and are generally happy with it. We love the look. It took me over two hours to assemble myself, but I couldn't get the doors on alone, so I had to wait for my husband to get home to fully complete it. To be fair, I knew this going in because of reviews that others had posted. It's a great size. The inside shelf is adjustable, which is helpful -- I made mine so that I can fit a crock pot on the bottom shelf. My only real complaint is the smell. It doesn't have a Prop 65 warning from what I was able to easily see on the website or packaging, so I'm hoping that it's not off-gassing a bunch of formaldehyde or something like that. We've had it for a while now and it does still smell. I have tried baking soda, wiping it down with vinegar, keeping large windows open, etc. It has dissipated enough, but if you're near it, you do still smell something. I haven't started using it for storage yet, which is kind of the point of having the cart, because of the smell. I'm going to give it another month or so and then hopefully feel a little better about using it to store food-cooking items and mugs. Right now I just use to store kitchen towels, oven mitts, etc. It's a durable, good-looking piece, so I'm hopeful that it'll get better because I want to keep it!

I love this cart! Perfect for my pots and pans and bowls! The 2 drawers are great for miscellaneous kitchen items... and the wood top is so pretty!

This was a beautiful design But the Material used was awful, looks like flake board but even cheaper screws won't even hold it together. I would rate most toys as better quality and much stronger. #2 Directions should have a caution on how delicate the wood is. It looks to be almost roten. #3 you may have to buy different screws for the drawers the holes were to large and the screws just fall out. Maybe the wood got water soaked. ***Caution*** the locking screws for the panels will break through the sides if you over tighten them because of the cheap compressed wood. Overall I like the looks of it and will just try to find a way to do a little strengthening of it, once its assembled it becomes a little stronger but not much. NOTE this comes shipped like a brick with lots of styrofoam protection, You can see one reason why. PS you may find a need for some white wood glue.

This cart was the perfect size for my kitchen however the draw doesn’t go in easily because the picture in the instructions doesn’t tell you that you NEED to lay the cart down on its back to install the draw. I called Home Depot got transferred 6 times was told a manager would call me back and no one ever called. Also the towel rack screws are super loose holding. I had to use different screws. I put my kitchen aid mixer on it, the only thing is when I turn on the mixer the whole piece shakes not the best quality but it’ll do for now. It looks great though.

Assemble was simple and straight forward. Only downsides is the pre drill hole for the magnet catch for the cabinet doors was slightly off but simple to fix. Also, the screw head for the Drawer handle can strip easily so take precaution.
