The unit is functional and good looking. I finished the top with some stain and danish finish oil. Wife did not want the unfinished looking top. Easy job to stain and finish.

I was so disappointed in this. Taking it out of the box I liked it. However, on the back piece, the label (probably 1.5" x 4") was on the outside. Tried very slowly to remove label and it pulled the thin layer of paint right off. It looks awful. Definitely quality control issue - put labels on inside. I will probably end up having to either color match at a store to cover it or put removable contact paper on it. Disappointing for sure.

This is the perfect size for my small kitchen. Very detailed assembly instructions. Perfect.

This StyleWell Glenville Small Midnight Blue Kitchen Cart took me about 40 minutes to assemble. I love the parts pack the gives you exactly what you need at each step. I'm going to say just about anyone could put this together. I'm using this cart in a guest home currently being built on the back portion of my property. This cart is the perfect size for the small kitchen area. This cart is pretty good quality. I like the size and weight. My only concern is the door. The hinges and screws that are used to attach the door are less robust than I would have liked. If someone puts any amount of weight on the door when its open I don't feel it will hold. I would have also liked a slightly thicker butcher block top but that's personal preference. At any rate, this is a nice kitchen cart.

Easy to put together and a wonderful rolling cabinet for the kitchen

I got this product so I could check it out, I was very pleasantly surprised. I thought like most new things this would simply be made of a bunch of particleboard however it is not. It appears to be made of real wood And some of the parts are even put together with dovetail joints. There are also metal inserts for bolts to go into. And it comes with an extensive hardware kit . The construction of this kitchen cart, Is much more heavy duty and reminiscent of a much older unit made in a time long past. So even though this is a very modern kitchen cart its construction is not modern in the fact it is not made from a bunch of cheap parts. This unit weighs approximately 60 pounds

StyleWell Glenville Small Midnight Blue Kitchen Cart with Butcher Block Top I have been looking for a couple of kitchen carts for the home. One to have in the kitchen and the other for the dining area. This cart has locking wheels so it easily moves where you want it, and when you lock the wheels, you won’t have to worry about the cart moving if your using the butcher block top to cut up vegetables or whatever you want to do. The cart has a nice interior space for putting small appliances or anything that you need to store. The top drawer is a nice size and you can never have enough storage it seems. The towel rod, and hooks on the opposite side are handy to have. When assembling this cart, the instructions are easy to follow, the parts used to assemble it are packaged and labeled in such a way that as you follow the steps, you remove the parts in each contained section, which is labeled step 1, step 2, step 3 etc. Very thoughtful!

Assembly will be faster and easier for those who have experience with RTA (Ready To Assemble) furniture, but thanks to good instructions, it is totally doable by a novice in about 90 minutes. My wife was eager to try assembling this on her own, and she succeeded with just a bit of guidance. The only tools required are small and medium Phillips screwdrivers. It definitely helps to have a second person available to hold the door in place while another person screws in the hinges. The drawer can be a little tricky to assemble and put in place. Pay close attention to the special procedure for getting the drawer slides within the cabinet set up to accept the slides on the sides of the drawer. Then be prepared to open and close the drawer several times to get it operating smoothly. Once assembled, the cart is sturdy, though it’s possible to destabilize it when pulling the drawer out. The shelf is adjustable/configurable in 3 positions. The top is genuine butcher block, which lends an upscale look and means you can use it for food prep. (Just be sure to protect it with a food grade sealant if you intend to use it as a cutting surface.). The low sheen finish is prone to show hand marks and fingerprints. The drawer takes a firm pull or push to open or close completely. The hinges are not adjustable so there’s no easy way to align the door. A few of the predrilled holes, whether for cam locks or hardware, were not perfectly positioned or sized. Be prepared that getting the parts to fit together may take some finagling, and as my wife noted, some brute force. Given the price, all of these are minor annoyances. All in all, the “Glenville” offers good quality, style, and functionality at a reasonable price, which makes it a great choice if you need to supplement prep space or storage. While it’s intended for a kitchen, we plan to use ours in a utility room. My wife thinks it could be put to good use in a craft or sewing room, too. Perfect size for a small corner in our kitchen and was the answer to “what to do with our Foodi” which had been relegated to another room in the house and was a pain to cart back and forth or leave on the counter. The cart seems well made and we can wheel it around the kitchen if we want. All of our accessory pans, racks, and utensils are conveniently stored away in the drawer and cabinet. We’ve had it about 3 months and get a lot more use out of the Foodi now.

I needed just a little more countertop and cabinet space in my kitchen and this did the trick. Assembling things like this are always a challenge for me but the directions were pretty clear and all the parts were clearly marked so that made it easier. They also provided spare parts. I recommend at least two people do this because it does make it easier. The cart looks great in my kitchen and gives me the extra space I need plus I can roll it out of the way when I am not using it.
