Easy to install but programming requires call to customer service who is very helpful

bought on line installed lock one of last things to do was program re.motes. did not work. i contacted lock company.3mos,later no response. i like the lock. Toledo is located in Porto Rico.

It stop working after 2 and a half months, only blinking red when enter code. Very disappointed

My husband likes the remote and has no problems with it. I use the key pad and have had no issues. We've just ordered another for a different door. We're more likely to lock our door now as it is so easy. We've had it for about 10 months.

I bought this lock because it is the only one that I can find that is made of stainless steel and the reviews were decent. Our lock "died" about a year after installation. It will NOT lock. I changed the batteries and reset and reprogrammed it many times and it continues to just blink red and beep 3 times. I contacted the customer service department and it took two times before they responded. I have tried their remedy with no luck and they have stopped responding. I asked for a replacement lock. We'll see? I have another newer electronic Toledo lock and am very worried about it.... plus need to buy two more electronic door locks but I will not do business with such a company again. There are many other choices with better customer service.

We are very pleased with this lock system. My mother is home bound and this lock makes her feel very safe.

Easy to install and program. Fit perfectly into previous deadbolt holes. Love the remote! Actually just bought one for my son as a gift.

Lock is 2 years old....looks great is protected by good storm door, but no longer works electronically. beeps several times and stops. Not a good purchase as far as I am concerned.

Have to watch a youtube video to program the lock because the instructions are not complet on the instruction paper.

Quality is good but electronically last only 6 months . Home Depot will not replaced it . You have to deal with the manufacturer and gave me hard time till I just gave up and used my key. Will never buy Toledo product.

This lock has made my life a lot easier because of the remote control door opener and the fact that it does not require the key to open and it locks on the way out with a push of 1 button. Very easy to use and a life saver if you lock yourself out. I highly recommend.

This is the second one I have owned. This one does not perform as well as the previous one. This new one tumbles too much before unlocking. I am very concerned that it will malfunction and not work properly. It is worth the price but only if it works properly without such a loud mechanism

This lock was pretty straightforward to install. My complaint is that the first lock only lasted two years and then the electronics just quit. Dead-in-the-water. No way to fix it so this is my second lock because I didn't want to to drill new holes for something else.

i wish i had known that i should have bought a bottom doorknob

works good, programming was different than instruction manual, remotes work backwards - hit unlock button to lock and vice versa
