The lock arrived in excellent shape and was well packed. Installation was easy to understand. The instructions included listed all parts, and their uses, plus what to discard. The setting up took a little bit to understand, but once I read it correctly (as I have ADHD & dyslexia), it made sense. The only thing that irked me was that I wasn't able to use the same key that I am already using for the other doors. Which means now I have two house keys instead of one. If I could have been able to do that, then this review would have 5 stars, as I really like the idea of being able to have several codes to use, easily changing codes, and the idea of a one time use code. Now I can let service people in when I am not home. Excellent feature.

Good lock at a great price

I love the lock. My son installed it for me. The selling point for me was the Remote Control. But unfortunately I have to be standing at the front door to use the remote to unlock it. :( Again I like the lock. My old one was 10 years old and it only liked a certain brand on batteries and it could not be the new and improved version. I do recommend the lock and I hope that you have better luck with the remote than I did.

Easy installation. I replaced a Schlage lock so there was no drilling needed. Once I re-read and understood the instructions programming was easy. The remote makes locking and unlocking easy and convenient especially if you're carrying things. I would buy it again if I needed another. Looks great too.

This door lock is the best thing I've purchased for security and can't say how easy it was to install. It works perfectly and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend it for safety and security.

It only took me a little bit to put it in. My family loves it get the house key no problem.

Te lock would not program properly and was returned.

Overall this was a good lock for the money so far. The directions on installing the lock must be followed from setting the lock to programming it. The only thing I have an issue with is programming the second key fob. I don't know if the fob is defective but I followed the directions and had no luck with it. I would recommend this lock.

Installation was easy. Programming instructions are difficult, and leave out valuable info. Had to watch YouTube video. One of my remote controls does not work. Emailed Toledo Locks, which is in Puerto Rico, for a replacement, no response from them. Poor customer service. I would not recommend, nor buy this lock again.

Yeah easy

Replacement lock works way better than the new the old one. There was a dent on the outside of cosmetic bezel, I had to take the bezel off the original lock and put it on the new one you sent me

Very nice lock works great

once I installed, I love it. it's very convenience and function very well. very smooth. the only problem for not getting 5 stars is the instruction was terrible. I had to watch you tube for 5 times to get it done, until now I still don't get it but it's programmed by copy you tube. hope in the future, it can be make it 1,2,3, clear

Cheap, slow at engaging lock and unlock. After entering your code you have to wait 2-3 seconds to open the door, or else it will malfunction. I wish I had kept my previous dead bolt.
