Broke With Normal Use Within Two Weeks!
Blades inside broke unexpectedly within 2 weeks. Had the guard on and nothing was inside the unit to make it stop working other than the broken plastic blade pieces. Returning it!

Hello. We are sorry to hear you've experienced this issue. We recommend you try the following - Remove front screen, twist off impeller housing, pull out impeller assembly, make sure all 3 parts are clean and not damaged, run warm water in the hole the impeller was sitting in for about 30-45 seconds, put the pump back together, then submerge in water and plug into an outlet to see if it’s working. This pump is covered by a 2 year limited warranty with proof of purchase. I'm using this for a turtle pond and had to...
I'm using this for a turtle pond and had to turn the fountain to the lowest setting to keep water from splashing out on the ground and possibly emptying the pond. It's a bit of a problem to clean and adjust the fountain. Other than that it's ok
