The toilet has been used less than a year and the porcelain from the waterline of the bowl down into the trap has become rough and impossible to clean. I think it is a very poor quality porcelain for an expensive toilet.

This toilet fits perfectly in our small bathroom, but within a couple months we noticed a large crack in the tank by the handle, as a few other reviewers has mentioned. We first reached out to Home Depot for a replacement, but they referred us to Toto, who referred us back to Home Depot with a case number. We were then told by Home Depot that we would need to repurchase the entire toilet. However, the Entrada (as an entire toilet or tank only) is no longer available online at Home Depot. We still have not found a solution to this issue, despite Toto's warranty.

Great toilet, good quality, modern look and best of all flushes very well with minimal water usage.

My husband and I couldn't be more pleased with the Toto Entrada toilet - after 15 years the pressure-assisted toilet that came with the house finally pooped out (no pun intended). We didn't want to buy another pressure-assisted toilet (1) due to the high cost of these toilets and (2) due to the immense noisiness of the flush. However, we still wanted a toilet with a powerful flush. After researching standard, gravity fed toilets with strong flushing capabilities we decided on the Toto Entrada due to price, reputation, and its ability to pack a strong flush (Google toilets with a strong flush and this toilet is in the top 10). Once the toilet was installed I had my doubts about the purchase though - at 1.28 GPF the tank was pretty small and the bowl itself didn't seem to hold much water - we were so used to our heavy-hitter, pressure-assisted toilet after all. How many flushes would be needed to rid the toilet of waste? I feared many. But my worries soon dissipated when my husband and I both caught the stomach flu during the same week, a mere day after we installed the toilet - with the stomach flu came horrifying quantities of "you know what" that the Toto Entrada handled expertly with ease and efficiency with no messy clean up necessary (I know, TMI, but it's how the toilet handled this quantity and frequency of excrement that impressed me most). It has a strong, full flush and after a week of handling two people with the stomach flu I can say with confidence it's up to the task. I'm so grateful we purchased this toilet - Toto surely lives up to its name!

Love this toilet! This is one of my favourite fixtures in my bathroom. Some say the tank fill is a bit noisy, it is a little different, but you quickly get used to it. To me it is the sound of perfect efficiency. This thing flushes like a dream, like others have said, first time every time. Amazing for 1.28 GPF! I would buy this toilet again and again. No lined tank, which was a downer at first, but my plumber said the lining is not necessarily effective at reducing condensation. Besides that, the size of tank is great. Nice and compact and adds visual space to our washroom. Every other toilet looks bulky in comparison now.

This is a great little toilet. So much better than my last water-guzzler! I did order this with a toilet seat, but the seat that was sent was round. This is an elongated bowl!

Very difficult to achieve the "Three Points of Contact" mentioned in the instructions. The gap between the tank bottom and the toilet is significant (>1/4") very risky and there is a chance of cracking either the tank or the base when tightening it.

I purchased 2 of these. The both tanks came damaged. One completely shattered and the other we did not notice until installing it. Looks to be a packing issue for the tanks. Home Depot promptly replaced the tanks. But in doing so they wanted to also replace the base. I did find the tank as a separate item for anyone who wants to buy just the tank. Also found the "right side" handle version. The toilet itself is one of the smallest toilets you can get. Works well in small bathrooms. We did not have much clearance from the toilet to the shower door. This fit perfectly. Any larger the door would have hit the toilet. Flush power is also very good. Would have a 5 star if the tanks came packaged better. Since the toilet is small. I highly recommend a sit test before you plumber leaves. Performance is great, clean flush every time. Very loud flush, hesitate to flush at nite. To much noise.

Works surprisingly well for 1.28 gallon flush. It's a one flush toilet which the toilet it replaced was not and it uses half the water. My reason for choosing this toilet is that its compact. I was looking to save space because of my bathroom layout.

Outstanding purchase & product. Very pleased. Broken commode led to this purchase. We are beyond pleased. We've enjoyed it for 1 month. Then, bought another, just like it, for a 2nd bathroom. Appreciate water saving.

It took my local Home Depot too long to get the 2 toilets because of breakage in transit and other issues but they made it good. The Toto Entradas were perfect for our small bathrooms. Great water savers and great flushing power. They're not loud but not quiet either. But they definitely do the job.And from flush to refill only takes about 23 seconds. They look great too and sit an inch higher than our old toilets and that helps. They might be too small for some larger folks IMHO but are just right for us.

First purchased bowl had glaze plugged holes so bowl washing was not done on one side. Second purchased has water closet (upper) with different measurements on each side so loking at it critically is not level. I only would recommend with instructions to inspect carefully. Home Depot did a good job of credit allowing replacement the first time. I gave up the second time.

Compact size and more shallow depth then most toilets allows my wheel chair bound relative easier access to the restroom. Powerful flush is a nice feature that is greatly appreciated. The 1.28 gallon per flush make for quick refills. Very satisfied. As you can see it was mounted a top a 3.5 inch riser to give the toilet the over-all height need for direct transfer from a wheel chair. The space savings makes this transition much simpler by allowing more room to position the wheelchair.

It was installed about a month ago, works well. We had a problem during installation due to sewage pipe in floor was about 1" too high. We purchased an oak 1' thick piece of wood and my husband cut of it the exact shape of the bottom of the toilet. He installed the toilet on it and sealed all gaps with silicone.

I probably did way too much research on toilets, but in the end, I'm so happy I did! The Toto Entrada is the perfect toilet for my home and family. We have a new construction 600 sq ft home with one bathroom. Since our home is much smaller than the average, we try to save space where we can. Entrada's tank is small and pleasing to the eye. Most importantly for us, the toilet sticks out about 5" less than other toilets. And don't worry, this low flow toilet flushes EVERYTHING down. My husband and I are both 5'4" and the height is just right, not too tall. As the old saying goes, buy the least expensive toilet in the best brand ;) Best bang for your buck!

This install was part of a total bathroom rehab, and my neighbor recommended this brand after complaints that our original builder-grade commode repeatedly clogged up. Never replaced a toilet before, and I had heard horror stories about messing up the wax seal, but it actually proved fairly simple. Took less than an hour to install, with no problems and no complaints. In fact, bought a second one for the other bathroom too.

Needed a smaller depth toilet for a tiny space but wanted the taller height. This fits nicely and works like a charm.

After much research and "reviews" review, settled on this little Toto guy for the small space we were converting to a lavette (basically a converted closet - which brings new meaning to the term "water closet" ; ) Unfortunately, it took 3 attempts to get it to arrive (to the store, no less, not even to our home!) without some sort of damage during delivery. Once both pieces finally arrived to the store unscathed, we were in business. Fits and works perfectly! We did have to go with a regular wax ring for the seal (the non-wax one we purchased would not allow the toilet to sit flat on the floor no matter what we did.) But after that, install was pretty seamless as toilet installs go, and, while thus far only a week or so in use, working like a charm. You do need to purchase seat separately as it does not come with this unit.

Now everyone seems to want an elongated toilet so standard is somewhat difficult to find. But this one has a modern look that is perfect for this space. The 1.28 gif works well, no difficulties so far.

The Toto is a well known brand throughout the world and is becoming popular in the US. Well made, quality parts and the size was quite compact on this unit. I added a Brondell Bidet and the unit is a superb combination. Recommended.

Purchased the Toto Entrada to replace an older 1.6 gallon toilet that was on it's last legs. The Toto has an incredibly powerful flush that completely clears the bowl no matter what. Hard to believe it can do that with only 1.28 gallons. It's slightly taller than the toilet it replaced, which is more comfortable as well. I'll be buying another soon to replace my other toilet.

This unit replaced the original 1956, 3.5 gal/flush toilet. Easy install (if your flange is in good shape). Found that standard wax ring might be too thick, as a good amount of wax squeezed through the bolt holes. Other than that, it is quick and efficient. Hold the handle down if you need a bit of extra water to get the bowl clean after use. Small and compact, my bath feels bigger, which was the entire purpose of replacing the water hog with this model.

Excellent for small spaces. Comes with everything you need except the seat, valve connection hose and wax ring. This makes sense. Toilet seats are matter of preference, the hose can be a different length depending on the location of the valve and the wax ring can be sallow or deep depending on the thickness of the floor. I'm fine with selecting those myself. The flushing power is very strong, fast and quiet. Just quickly push down the lever and release and it works efficiently. An architect friend of mine tried it in California and was amazed by this small toilet's performance. If you have 35 square foot bathroom - powder room... this is the toilet for you.

It is a very good toilet and does all of the toilet things well. However, the tank was cracked during shipping and we didn't notice until it had water in it! Oh, no! The return crew handled everything well, but be advised ... the bowl must be returned with the defective tank since they're sold together.

I read a few of the reviews that said this toilet is loud and weak. Not sure what people’s definition of loud is but the tank refills in 30 seconds so whatever noise it makes it’s for less than 1 minute. It’s got way more power to its flush than any toilet I’ve had in the past so also - maybe it depends on your definition. Love the small profile, don’t hesitate to buy this toilet based on those few bad reviews.

Product had a cracked tank, didn’t get to use it.
