Crack in tank
This toilet fits perfectly in our small bathroom, but within a couple months we noticed a large crack in the tank by the handle, as a few other reviewers has mentioned. We first reached out to Home Depot for a replacement, but they referred us to Toto, who referred us back to Home Depot with a case number. We were then told by Home Depot that we would need to repurchase the entire toilet. However, the Entrada (as an entire toilet or tank only) is no longer available online at Home Depot. We still have not found a solution to this issue, despite Toto's warranty.

My husband and I couldn't be more pleased with the Toto Entrada toilet - after 15 years the pressure-assisted toilet that came with the house finally pooped out (no pun intended). We didn't want to buy another pressure-assisted toilet (1) due to the high cost of these toilets and (2) due to the immense noisiness of the flush. However, we still wanted a toilet with a powerful flush. After researching standard, gravity fed toilets with strong flushing capabilities we decided on the Toto Entrada due to price, reputation, and its ability to pack a strong flush (Google toilets with a strong flush and this toilet is in the top 10). Once the toilet was installed I had my doubts about the purchase though - at 1.28 GPF the tank was pretty small and the bowl itself didn't seem to hold much water - we were so used to our heavy-hitter, pressure-assisted toilet after all. How many flushes would be needed to rid the toilet of waste? I feared many. But my worries soon dissipated when my husband and I both caught the stomach flu during the same week, a mere day after we installed the toilet - with the stomach flu came horrifying quantities of "you know what" that the Toto Entrada handled expertly with ease and efficiency with no messy clean up necessary (I know, TMI, but it's how the toilet handled this quantity and frequency of excrement that impressed me most). It has a strong, full flush and after a week of handling two people with the stomach flu I can say with confidence it's up to the task. I'm so grateful we purchased this toilet - Toto surely lives up to its name!

One of the favourite fixtures in my bathroom
Love this toilet! This is one of my favourite fixtures in my bathroom. Some say the tank fill is a bit noisy, it is a little different, but you quickly get used to it. To me it is the sound of perfect efficiency. This thing flushes like a dream, like others have said, first time every time. Amazing for 1.28 GPF! I would buy this toilet again and again.
No lined tank, which was a downer at first, but my plumber said the lining is not necessarily effective at reducing condensation. Besides that, the size of tank is great. Nice and compact and adds visual space to our washroom. Every other toilet looks bulky in comparison now.

Very difficult to achieve the "Three Points of Contact" mentioned in the instructions. The gap between the tank bottom and the toilet is significant (>1/4") very risky and there is a chance of cracking either the tank or the base when tightening it.

I purchased 2 of these. The both tanks came damaged. One completely shattered and the other we did not notice until installing it. Looks to be a packing issue for the tanks. Home Depot promptly replaced the tanks. But in doing so they wanted to also replace the base. I did find the tank as a separate item for anyone who wants to buy just the tank. Also found the "right side" handle version.
The toilet itself is one of the smallest toilets you can get. Works well in small bathrooms. We did not have much clearance from the toilet to the shower door. This fit perfectly. Any larger the door would have hit the toilet. Flush power is also very good. Would have a 5 star if the tanks came packaged better. Since the toilet is small. I highly recommend a sit test before you plumber leaves. Ours was rocking back and forth because the bolts had not been tighten evenly.

Works surprisingly well for 1.28 gallon flush. It's a one flush toilet which the toilet it replaced was not and it uses half the water. My reason for choosing this toilet is that its compact. I was looking to save space because of my bathroom layout.
