I'm very happy with this purchase. The toilet is a comfortable chair height and sleek looking. The flush is quiet and the tank fills very quickly. I like saving water as I live in a drought area. I was worried that the reduced water wouldn't be sufficient for some flushes but i was wrong. I purchased the toto soft close seat and it works perfectly. I would highly recommend this toilet.

It's a good toilet, flushes most things without plugging. Only issue is water sits more at front of bowl then back meaning it needs more cleanings to look fresh.

I needed a small toilet for a small bathroom and the Entrada fit the bill. It was easy to install, looks great, and it works well. The only thing I'm not satisfied with is that this toilet doesn't keep very much water in the bowl at all, so it needs to be cleaned a lot. But I guess that's the trade-off you make for putting in a water-saving toilet. On the bright side, my water bill has already gone down significantly. Overall, I'm glad I chose the Entrada.

Seems like a great toilet so far. Bought to replace another Toto toilet which had specialty parts and was more expensive. Talked to a plumber he suggested this model as it can use common repair parts. And also has great flushing force, so there is less likelyhood of a plugged toilet.

I guess I'm at the age where new house things get my giddy. We had a crusty old toilet that we replaced with this compact model and we couldn't be happier. It's super clean and white and flushes like a dream. The soft close lid is a game changer for us (we have young kids!) The flush sound is a bit louder than the previous one but definitely not a deal breaker. I highly recommend this model.

Love, love, love Toto toilets! They never clog, and with my military discount, Thank you, Home Depot, this was the best price I found! My plumber even said it was a great price, and he won't install any other brand.

At first we were alarmed at how small the tank was. But after we installed and now have been using for a few weeks we love this "small" toilet. It does everything it advertises. Tip, Use the Danco Perfect Seal flange. Its a little different but after removing the extra plastic piece, as directed for small toilets, installation was a breeze and no mess like a traditional wax ring! I'd buy another Toto!

Nice compact design toilet for small bathrooms. Im replacing all our house toilets with this model. Its a nice size toilet. Flushes loud, but thats what you want to hear. Lots of flush pressure to clean the toilet bowl out and preventing clogging. I bought a extra large wax ring and a set of flange bolts. Also installed new slow close toilet seat that is sold separately. Definitely recommend this toilet.

I'm a big fan of Toto toilets. We had two in our former house and there was one already in our current house when we moved in. That one is a Drake and it is excellent but we couldn't get a Drake with a round bowl, the 1.28 flush and the universal height, so we decided on the cheaper Entrada. Now I'm sorry. The handle on the Entrada is so floppy. We thought maybe it needed tightening inside the tank, but no, the inside piece is as tight as it can be. Then I started to notice a dripping sound. This implies to me that the flapper isn't sitting right, but it's totally random. Sometimes the dripping starts when you're sitting there, so it's not like it's just after a flush and the flapper hasn't landed properly. Anyway, we hired a plumber to install the toilet for $250 plus tax. It's not like we can return the toilet because we don't like it. It's very frustrating and I'm very disappointed in Toto.

I have a vintage trailer that I bought that was missing its original toilet. Back then, they made these incredibly small toilets for trailers (not RVs) but they do not make them anymore. Really, in the US, the idea of a small toilet is beyond the thinking of manufacturers. Why would anyone want a small one? This was the smallest toilet I could find that had a good rating. I had to do some modifications, but because of the narrow tank, it worked! I am very pleased.

Got 3 toilets. They were delivered on a pallet, tank and bowl in separate boxes, they were securely strapped to the pallet, and covered in plastic, toilets were in perfect condition. Excellent delivery service. My choices were limited, wanted a small, 2 piece round, universal height toilet. Plumber recommended TOTO, I was not familiar with this brand. Also got TOTO soft close toilet seats. My bathrooms are small and this toilet is a good fit. This smaller tank fills very quickly. Because of the shape of the bowl/water line, peeing is on the noisy side. The bowl seemed to be small. I compared the measurements to my old toilets and they were the same. I like the universal height, it makes it easier on my knees. Also like the modern shape of the tank.

We always buy Toto toilets because they rarely, if ever, clog. But I made a mistake with this one. The tank is very small so it looks kind of weird. It hardly uses any water and there’s only a small amount of water in the bowl at anytime. But the worst is that when it’s used for #2 it splashes up on you. Not good. Maybe if there was more water in the bowl this wouldn’t happen?? I regret buying this model.

We purchased two of these. I have already installed it in our newly remodeled master bathroom. Assembly and installation was easy. We also purchased the soft close lid which is a very nice feature. Highly reccomend.
