Gaps in the wires are a little big but they work well for larger items.

I was able to install it in about 30 minutes

Very convenient. Don't have to get on hands and knees to see/get things out for bathroom cabinets.

The size of the unit was nice for a small space under my kitchen sink but it did not slide out easily, as it got further out it became a hard pull. I liked the small topper shelf as I didn’t have room for anything much larger because of the sink basin but I did not enjoy the fact that both shelves pulled out at the same time. This blocked things on the lower shelf.

Very pleased with the product. It fits and slides easily. It holds a lot of items and in order so none get lost in a clutter.

I have ordered multiple under cabinet storage baskets and this is the only one where there has not been a physical connection from the wire basket made to the drawer slides by directly screwing the basket to the slides . The basket only "snaps in" to the brackets which leaves a very flimsy connection that moves drastically when trying to pull on the drawer assembly to pull the unit out. I will be returning for a refund.

The template included with the Organizer made it incredibly easy to install. Had to cut out a little corner in the back of the top shelf to make it fit past the sink drain pipe, but that was all it took to make it fit just right.

It was too tall for the space and the support rods couldn't be shortened. Otherwise it looked solid and just what I wanted.

A little difficult to position but I taped the template to the floor and then drilled through it. Works great.

Easy installation. Makes the area under the kitchen sink neat, organized and easy to access.

Generally happy with the product but would suggest two things that I think would make it better. First, instead of having only part of the rear portion of the main rack set lower, it would be better if the whole back be set lower because the placement of the sink trap can vary. Second, they should make the upper rack height adjustable.

Good quality. Functions like it should. Hard er to install than I anticipated. I couldn’t use the top basket on one side because of the drain pipe and water line to the dishwasher. I really like the look and function of the product.

The clips to hold the bottom basket in place are so tight and off center that it's nearly impossible to get the basket in place. The paper guidance is also off center and had to be adjusted in order to keep the basket from hitting the side from the cabinet.

Great way to spruce up dead space under sink cabinets!
