Very pleased with boxes. And The price was really good for a 20 Pack.

These used to be good boxes (used to measure 12x12x16”) now the are 11x11x17, so a standard ring binder will no longer fit across the box. Why do folks always insist on screwing up a once good product? Ergo, these are going back!

Seriously…These are the absolute WORST boxes ever!!! You can NOT place any real weight in these boxes. The box’s break, the handles tear. Do not by these boxes unless you are only packing pillows, sheets and towels!

WHO makes a moving/storage box where the inside covers DONT meet up leaving a huge space open so the bottom and top are not solid and secure!!!! Ridiculous!!!

I mean…it’s a box!! I bought two to return some PA Speakers. The dimensions were perfect.

The picture included for this product online which depicts the measurements are wrong. Please review website for product description product itself is a good product. Fix the website. Picture attached shows true and actual measurements

The dimensions shown in listing are wrong. Box is actually 21" long, 15" wide, 16" high. (Home Depot's picture incorrectly shows the dimensions as 16" wide, 15" high.) Dimensions are clearly shown on the box itself, but Home Depot does not have any pictures of the box which show this. See attachment.

These boxes don’t hold up at all. Small box partially full couldn’t have weighed more than 10 lbs total and it tore apart at the corners while carrying

Moved out of our old place using these boxes. While using the handles under light weight, the handle holes always ripped upwards and the box seams tore. Not really sure if it was the quality or the age of the box. Will not buy again.

Boxes are flimsy, fell apart.

These boxes came in handy. They were great for moving our clothes and shoes. They are rather sizeable boxes, so, if you pack the correct way then you would not need to purchase too many. The x-large boxes were much bigger than I expected. So, we did not use all of them. Even after we moved and unpacked we reused the boxes to store our holiday decorations in them.

Overall the boxes work fine but don’t depend on the handle holes when you’re carrying them. Even if the load in the box is not very heavy. They will tear out.

The description and pictures are lies. There are no handles on this box. Maybe there was at one time but I have gone to several Home Depot’s in Colorado and this item has no handles. They are small and heavy duty (2 layers of cardboard). I want these for book, which rip the handles of heavy duty small boxes.

This box is pretty durable. Used it as an oven for 3 days survive temperatures up to 350 degrees and survived torrential rains last night

Bought several of the Medium and Small boxes. Tape (I've tried two different brands) doesn't stick well to the boxes, and the boxes vary in dimension even when comparing Medium to Medium boxes, and the same with the small boxes. I'm going back to Uhaul boxes even though they aren't as convenient to my location.

We like the HD boxes but we do not use thd handles as that is a weak point. My “beef” with the boxes is that while we are packing up out house for a move, HD changed the design of the boxes and now the medium is a slightly different size to the prior mediums. Consequently they do not stack as well as before

If you’re looking for boxes, keep looking. These boxes moved from my house to a storage unit, and the bottom fell apart on more than half, and no tape sticks to it. Not worth it. Won’t be buying boxes again from Home Depot.

I bought theses using curbside pickup, when I got home I noticed all the boxes I just bought had tape on them where the bottom had been previously sealed. Home Depot sold me used boxes as if they were new!!!!!

The boxes purchased are of poor quality. All of them collapsed during delivery and drop off. Don’t use if you are moving valuables. Terrible product.

The boxes purchased all feel apart during delivery and drop off. The handles blew out and the boxes collapsed. They are not heavy duty at all.

I have moved in the last 5 years 3 times, I have always used these boxes, never had problems until now, they break easily. The truth is that I am very surprised, the quality have been reduced drastically, these new boxes are useless ....... I will not buy them again.

This is a good quality box for moving and storage of items. We are using them for long term stoarge. On the box you have an area to indicate the items in the box.

I ordered these boxes specifically because the picture and the description said they had handles. Home Depot should update their description and item to reflect the actually box.

I have used these boxes for many moves over the years and never had a problem until now. I bought about 12 boxes over the course of my move - some regular and some heavy duty - and about half of them ripped at the handles and one ripped entirely up the side. I bought at 3 different times, so I don’t think it could’ve been batch related. None weighed more than 40 pounds, 2 ripped just walking out of my apartment before I even got them to my car, 2 ripped when loading them at the shipping facility, and 3 more ripped in transit with one being completely ripped up the side exposing my belongings. Thankfully, the thoughtful shipment handlers ensured I didn’t lose anything, but I’m very disappointed in the quality of these boxes. After years of them being my go-to, I probably will not purchase again. Unfortunately, I have another leg to go in this cross country move, and will have to re-box almost all of my belongings so they can be shipped/transported again. I only took a couple pictures, but the ripped handles were the same on all the other damaged boxes.
