Great boxes for moving. Very heavy duty. Handles are perfect for carrying boxes. Ordered them online, picked them up at my local HD store 2 hours later and they even loaded them in my car. Great customer service!!

I have packed about 150 boxes of books. At first, I used 'extra small' boxes which were discontinued within a couple of weeks that I had begun packing. Having purchased some boxes from another store, the Home Depot boxes use a heavier weight cardboard and are much stronger. It was very helpful to have the same size box in order to be able to stack and move. I have not finished moving and will continue to purchase the boxes from Home Depot.

The Bankers box is a bit smaller 12" wide, 15"deep and 10" tall at $2.00 each. The Easy Seal Moving box is 12" wide, 16" deep and 12" tall at 85¢ each. Both boxes are easy to close and both stack well. I've transitioned to the Small Moving Boxes which I close using sequential flap interlock method.

Great BOX. About the best BOX I've ever used. This BOX was of cardboard construction, and had a bottom and a top. The BOX even had four sides! This particular BOX advertises The Home Depot, which probably reduces the price; which was reasonable. Orange BOX artwork is very tastefully done. Everything I needed to put in the BOX was well protected and didn't break. Just note: this BOX does not pack, nor seal itself; but I never expected it to. Wonderful and awesome BOX. :)

These boxes are the best for moving books and dishes. The dish packs fit them perfectly. I have moved many times and used various brands of boxes, but find those from Home Depot the strongest. Well worth the price.

I used these boxes for a local move. They are big and sturdy where I didn't feel the need to get the heavy duty boxes. They were really useful for packing my clothes with the hangers still on (I grouped clothes together and folded them in half and kept stacking them that way in the box - if you don't mind the clothes being folded, it's cheaper than buying those hanging clothes box). Also, if your car is a standard sized 4-door sedan, don't expect them to fit in it. I barely got the boxes in my car when they weren't assembled.

These boxes are sturdy although they are not the ones marked heavy duty. Make for nice uniform packing.

I recommend using only Home Depot's heavy-duty boxes when moving. They are strong and don't fold or tear when handled by professional movers. Unlike the Heavy-Duty Small Box pictured on the Home Depot site, these boxes DO NOT have punch-in carrying handles on the sides.

Purchased 10 at a great price filled them up with household stuff they hold and are sturdy and stack well will be purchasing more very soon.

I used these for basement storage. They are strong boxes. If you don't plan on taking them apart, use a hot glue gun for the bottom. It doesn't take much glue and it creates a super strong joint.

I would only recommend this product while cautioning that due to the fact that these boxes are made of 100% recycled materials, packing tape does not stick. Internet research reveals that because they are recycled, the surface is somewhat fuzzy rendering most packaging tapes ineffective. I have purchased and tried several different brands and within a day, the tape comes off the boxes. Very frustrating because these boxes are not assembled, which makes sense but tape is what holds the bottom of the box closed as well as the top. If you are unaware of this problem, you're going to have difficulty. We have since purchased Gorilla brand packaging tape. So far, it seems to be holding better but we'll let you know how it holds up to the movers handling. Gorilla packaging tape is very expensive but if you believe in recycling, you're going to need this tape to hold these boxes together.

Our church has purchased these boxes the past two years to use for our annual Christmas Food giveaway. We serve 100 families in the community and provide them with enough food for a holiday meal. These boxes are easy to assemble and sturdy. Just the right size. We are in hopes that maybe one day The Home Depot may donate the boxes or charge us a reduced rate since it is a community project and it helps families in need at Christmas.

Moved our office last week and used about 100 of these boxes. They were just the right size to be able to be lifted and moved around easily when filled. Our staff loved them.

I needed boxes for our 4-H Activity Day. The kids cut holes in the side to make targets for Nerf Guns. They had so much fun. The boxes held up great and catch the darts - providing the kid hit the target! Thank you for having these in stock to help out our local youth.

Just a box? Heck no, this is an extra large box. I've used HD boxes to move several times and never had them fall apart on me. They've got a couple nice features like a contents list and checklist for what room to go to. I've not used it to go on any sneaking missions, but I'm guessing it would be great for those too.

We send boxes of supplies (toiletries and snacks) to our U.S. soldiers stationed overseas, at least twice a year. We ALWAYS use Home Depot double walled boxes, as they are the BEST!! The boxes do not break open during shipping and they are the perfect size. We can usually pack 7 - 10 bags of "goodies" for the soldiers in each box. In the photo attached, we mailed 150 bags of "goodies". The PERFECT way to use Home Depot boxes!!!

These are perfect boxes for packing books. I had over 600 large books to pack, and we used these boxes. (Using bigger boxes for books is a mistake - they become too heavy to lift.) These boxes were substantially sturdier than any other box I've used, including at work for file storage. Because they are so sturdy, they won't crush, nor will they be easily damaged in shipping. They are so sturdy that they could be re-folded and reused over and over again, making them even more cost efficient.

I bought the regular and heavy duty versions of these boxes and they are all great. But the heavy duty ones really do the job well. Filling them with books or magazines and they held up fine even if they were a bit hard to lift. I tried boxes from other big box warehouse type and DIY stores but the Home Depot brand were simply better. Also, I'll be moving again soon so I flat packed them and they didn't tear up so I'll be using them again!!

Everyone thought that we will never use all of the packing material. Now that the move is over, I am surprised to say that we used it all!! Home Depot was right!! We used it all. It was just the right amount!! I strongly recommend following the guide lines that selected the amount of packing material needed for our move. It worked out great!!

I bought these after reading someone else's review that these would fit vinyl LP's squarely, but as the pictures show, they do not. I had to put them on a diagonal to make them fit, and the top flaps wouldn't close flat, and I had to bend the cardboard flaps before taping so they wouldn't mess up the vinyl covers. All that being said, it's a pretty good medium duty box for under a buck....

Very sturdy! We used them for books and cds (among other things) and they were perfect. We bought tons of boxes and were able to return the couple that we didn't use.

The 100% recycling is a great idea, unfortunately it leaves a "dusty" like surface that will not accept adhesives. I tried duc brand heavy duty packing tape, duc brand duct tape, fibre glass reinforced tape, non of which would stick. The cnc machine I was packing would never survive shipping. Ratchet straps were the only method to hold it together for transport. This was very disappointing as I have purchased Home Depot boxes for literally decades for shipping and safe storage. I will never buy a box from this brand again. Heavy duty double sides made no difference, even the edges sealed by the maker would not hold.
